Got my bowl for 12 bucks today. It wasn’t bad, however this is definitely the kind of location where you want to ask for half chicken half steak for your bowl cause they’re skimpy. I saw them make a burrito for the girl in front of me and I literally felt bad for how little that thing was. But anyways, if you don’t want to get scammed make sure they’re adding 2 rice scoops and then specify that you want half of one meat and half of another. It sucks to play mind games with them but her scoops were nice so I’m just glad I got what I wanted. My friend did steak and she only got one scoop🙁, not even heaping. They did get me with the guacamole tho. Make sure you tell them that LAST because they will put it in the middle even if you mention it lastly. I got nervous and just told her everything I wanted on it and she was the one to decide what order the ingradients went on so next time trust I will be acting like I’d ALMOST forgotten the guac for extra measure. Outside of that always get a tortilla on the side and ask for a water cup that just so happens to not be see through🌚 and you have your side and drink cover. I also have a love/hate relationship with the vinaigrette so try that if it interests you. Overall, not a bad location and I’d go again. It was better than the chipotle I had in Chula Vista so 🤲 ig that has to mean something. But pay attention here I’m just sure they have a lot of college student customers and they gotta make the ingredients last but if you’re reading this, stay strong solider and make sure they don’t scam you before you can scam them🤣🤣🤣🤣 And the drinks station is well organized with a properly carbonized diet coke so more...

I rarely leave reviews, but this Chipotle deserves the warning. I’ve had two awful experiences here — and after last night, I’ll never be back. Let’s start with the basics They start closing two hours early. No sign, no heads-up, just a “we’re closing soon” attitude when they clearly shouldn’t be. When we walked in, the employees saw us standing there and ignored us for a full minute before even speaking. Not a single smile or greeting — just attitude.
The food situation? A joke.
No meat options besides chicken No tea options No white rice prepared, so we had to wait 15 minutes And when I sat down to eat the food was cold I asked for more rice and the employee said, “That’s the portion,” and refused to add more — even though they had just finished making a fresh batch.
My friend ordered a bowl with double chicken and literally got less than a normal portion. It was pathetic — we even took photos because it was so bad.
And it’s not like they were understaffed. There were 4 or 5 employees, yet five tables were still dirty. No one seemed interested in doing their jobs. Just rude, lazy, and dismissive across the board — both times we’ve gone.
I gave them the benefit of the doubt after the first terrible visit, but the second was somehow even worse.
Posting photos with this review — because it’s honestly...
Read moreI only order veggie bowls because I'm a vegetarian for religious reasons, and I usually come here because I've always liked Chipotle's taste, and in many cases, I haven't had a problem ordering in-person. Ordering on the app has been a nightmare. I've had 3 separate mobile orders, all within this past year, where they've put meat in my order, whether that's been chicken or beef, and this most recent time, while having a veggie bowl for lunch, I accidentally took a bite into chicken that was near the bottom of the bowl. I don't think I'll ever be ordering from this location again, considering that this never gets fixed. I understand that mistakes happen, and even if this sort of thing happens, companies are not technically liable for consequent adverse effects because of warnings given about cross-contamination with meat. However, it doesn't make much sense to me how this has happened as often as it has, and it's already annoying for me as it is when a huge majority of fast food and sit-in restaurants are not very accommodating for vegetarian diets. At the very least, I would have liked to see some sort of attempt at improvement to prevent these incidents from happening, but the instances speak...
