I'm a Starbucks employee. Of course I'm going to give high marks!! This Starbucks, like all the Starbucks in town, are under a few restrictions due to the COVID-19 pandemic. You can go in the store and make your order. However, there is no seating inside or outside. Restrooms are closed to the general public too. Even though there aren't the usual comforts Starbucks offer, the staff was very friendly and accommodating. Like everyone, I'll be very happy when things go back to normal when the pandemic is under control. Read moreRight when I entered with my two young kids, I was greeted by a friendly staff member. The cashier was incredibly kind and not bugged by me juggling two littles. When I was picking up my order one of the ladies working noticed I had a lot to manage and offered to put all of my things in a Starbucks bag. The way she helped me was effortless and incredibly generous. I wish I could remember her name but I was so grateful she helped me so my drink or sandwich didn’t tumble to the ground while walking back to my car. Instead of asking if I've made a purchase, I'm treated as if I haven't just paid money. In customer service you never treat the customer with assumption. It leaves a bad taste in their mouth. I placed my order online and there was no way for her to know that, but it's disappointing to not be given the benefit of the doubt and at least being asked first....
