Tried this place for the first time and would have loved to leave more stars for this place but the service received here was extremely disappointing. The guy with the bleached blonde hair and outgrown roots at the register had a piss poor attitude, didn’t smile once, and was noticeably annoyed with the questions we asked about the menu. If there was a line out the door I’d understand but it was dead, so dead that he was sitting at the register on his phone. His smart remarks and combative attitude made this experience almost unbearable. This store used to be one of my favorite spots when I’m craving sweets, but since the past two months, I believe the ownership got changed or management. This store is a disaster now whenever we go they say that the machine is broken or they just don’t wanna do their job Last time. She said the machine is working now, but we don’t know how to make the drinks so at this point, why is it even open? I was there was an option for infinity stars. The reviews on here do not make the justice on how great the service, atmosphere, and food is here. As soon as I walked in I was greeted with a smile by the workers Maria and Emerson. Maria was very polite and even gave me a sample of their chocolate before I ordered anything. That was my cue on how amazing the food would be here.
