Worst customer service ever. I work for a food delivery company. I get orders from here all the time. I got one that was large had seven different sushi rolls and some soups. I came in and was told it was not ready. I was not given a time or told how much longer it would be. I sat down and waited. I watched as other people came in after me ordered food to go and received their order but I was still waiting. I waited 25 minutes. Finally I just went up to the guys behind the sushi bar making the sushi and started asking about my order. They told me to go to the front desk and ask the girls. I had been waiting at the desk for 25 minutes. Still no order. I figured the guys making the sushi know if it been made. Apparently this pissed off the girls at the front desk so the eventually hand me two large bags of food. Part of my job delivering food is to make sure the order is correct and all items are there. I am supposed to have a waitstaff show me each item so I can check it off my list and make sure everything is there. When I asked the waitress to do that she refused. I told her I do not have a food handlers card and I cannot open the to go boxes and look thru the food. A restaurant staff member must do that. She said "it's all there". I asked her again and she set the bags down and walked away. I contacted my food delivery Co. Customer support and told them what was happening and they tried to call pb sushi but they would not answer the phone. My customer support asked me to hand them my phone and she still refused to talk to my company. I then went back to the chefs behind the counter and they said they did not speak English. I stood there for a few minutes speaking with my delivery Co. And watched as the girls at the front desk go on to make fun of me to the chefs and make gestures like I'm some crazy customer. So I would never personally eat here. With service like this. I was just delivering their food to their customer and this is how they treated a delivery driver. Not only is this place way too overpriced compared to other sushi places but the service is so bad, we all got up and left before we even ordered. Story time: We had a reservation at 7. Showed up 10 min before to check in. 4 (out of a party of 16) were still trying to find parking (Memorial Day made it impossible in PB). The waitress rudely tells us she can’t sit us all if we’re not all here. We then say we understand and wait. She then comes back yelling that she can sit us BUT only if we’re out by 8? We’re a little shocked because we not only have a huge party and would bring the restaurant a lot of money but that’s just not a very nice way to ask or request this. We sit down anyways. We are now 16 people using up two tables. All over 21, One of our friends was clearly pregnant and not planning on drinking. She had forgotten her ID. The same waitress rudely tells us there can be no alcohol at the table if ONE person is missing their ID. By then, it’s already almost 7:30pm (and we have to leave by 8?). 5-6 of our friends wanted to drink sake with their meal, the rest didn’t care so we ask if we can compromise and just have table A be drinking and table B no. She YELLS at us to get up, shoves me and the rest of our friends aside and starts to lift the table and proceeds to move it 4 feet away and rotate it so it faces the other way? Our group is now split completely. The non-drinking table decides this isn’t worth it since we not only are separated but also only have 20 min to eat according to her and we leave followed by the drinking table. First we went to PB SUSHI because a friend said it was good and cheap and people were nice. Unfortunately We had a opposite experience. The wait was 40 minutes, if not longer... The restaurant was not full, but there was only two waitress, including the manager. The waitress got our order wrong, so soups never came. Then we didnt understand the menu, and when we asked about the menu the waitress barely explained to us. When food finally came, it was only O.K. if that much. Then when we got our check it was a $80 worth of couple sushi and soups that never came! I got mad (and I never complain!) so I asked the manager. When she came she was mad, and she said that was the price. We explained that we didnt eat that, and he food didnt came and it took long. As a good manager she LOOKED AT US (not smiling, not mad, just looking). It was not a pleasant experience. The whole restaurant seem to notice it was a problem and she didnt even care.
