SAN DIEGO MINI GUIDE! It really is one of California’s most vibrant and laid back cities, a mecca of beautiful Pacific beaches, cute cafes, gorgeous parks, amazing restaurants and year-round stellar weather. Sharing all of my favorites below! Have you been to San Diego? @visitsandiego #visitsd #ad PLACES TO VISIT BALBOA PARK Balboa Park is the beating heart of San Diego, and my favorite spot in the city. There’s a little bit of everything here – spectacular parks, museums and cultural sights. My personal favorites are Casa del Prado, the Lily Pond, Alcazar Garden and the Japanese Friendship Garden. CABRILLO NATIONAL MONUMENT The southern tip of the Point Loma Peninsula is where you’ll find the Old Point Loma Lighthouse, beautiful tidepools and spectacular views of the Pacific Ocean. HARPER’S TOPIARY GARDEN Inspired garden on a hill that feels a bit like Europe with green shrubs trimmed into life-sized figurines. This is actually someone’s front yard – it’s beautiful! LA JOLLA COVE On a warm day, the calm waters of La Jolla Cove sparkle the perfect shades of turquoise. Gorgeous place to spend the day – keep an eye out for the sea Lions! OLD TOWN SAN DIEGO This vibrant neighborhood is a lovely spot to spend an afternoon, home to boutiques, restaurants, colorful flags and historic 19th century buildings. PARK PRESIDIO Park Presidio sits perched on a hilltop that overlooks Old Town San Diego. It’s home to the beautiful Junipero Serra Museum that resembles an old Spanish-style mission. SPRUCE STREET SUSPENSION BRIDGE A fun suspension bridge that sits tucked away in Bakers Hill. The bridge dates back to 1912, and crosses over Sessions Canyon. TORREY PINES STATE NATURAL RESERVE Great hiking options wind through the cliffs above Torrey Pines State Beach. The otherworldly sandstone canyons are particularly incredible. This is the first time I come to this location of Holy paleta. They have one in Bonita which is closer to my house. We just happened to be out in little Italy. Their paletas are really good. I had the Chocolate milk shake, my wife had the Maria paleta, my older kid had the mango and my younger kid had the taro paleta. You can chose from just getting the paleta as is or ad a 1/4 dipping, 1/2 dipping or full dipping - They can do Nutella, milk chocolate, dark chocolate. You can also chose from what type of sprinkles you want to have, nuts, gummy warms, pistachios, almonds, coconut, candy sprinkles and much more. They place was very clean and the attendants were very friendly, they are ver helpful and ready to answer any questions we may have. They paletas are so good, too many of them, again I usually go to the holy paleta in Bonita, yet I really enjoy this location too. Right now they have outside eating, they have a couple of tables and chairs right in front of them. There is no parking lot very near by, they are in Little Italy. A very fun place to be at I recommend it to everyone that wants to try something different than the conventional ice cream, We will be back! P.S....

🌟 Rave Review: Holy Paleta 🌟If you're searching for a tantalizing treat that's both refreshing and indulgent, look no further than Holy Paleta! I recently had the pleasure of trying their heavenly popsicles, and let me tell you, they exceeded all expectations. The strawberries and cream flavor was an absolute delight, boasting a perfect balance of sweetness and creaminess that left my taste buds dancing with joy. But what truly sets Holy Paleta apart is their innovative customization options. Being able to add my own toppings was a game-changer! I opted for decadent chocolate drizzle and irresistible Oreo crumbs, and oh my, it was a match made in dessert heaven. From the first lick to the last, each bite was a burst of pure bliss. Holy Paleta has truly mastered the art of crafting gourmet popsicles that are not only delicious but also customizable to suit every craving. Whether you're a fan of classic flavors or crave something more adventurous, Holy Paleta has something to satisfy every palate. Don't miss out on this frozen treat sensation – indulge in Holy Paleta and treat yourself to a taste of...

First time customer. I came in with my 2 kids after searching on google for an ice cream shop. The establishment is beautiful and the display of paletas was very eye catching. The girl who served us did not have the greatest attitude. No hello. No smile. Didn't ask us if we had any questions or if we needed help deciding. My kids ordered the Cookies and Cream, which tasted fresh and delicious. I could tell this was a popular flavor as there were not many left. I ordered the Creamy Coconut. I was under the assumption by the name that this would be creamy. It was not. The entire popsicle had shredded coconut which I was not a fan of. Also, I could tell by the taste that this was not fresh and had been frozen for awhile. You know how old frozen things have this weird taste to it? I'm hesitant on giving this place another chance as the fruit flavored paletas looked pretty good.

Note: I also did not get a thank you, have a nice day, or see you soon...
