Chopsticks House — Restaurant in San Dimas

Ok...so the food is definitely 5 stars, been coming here for a few years now.

The food here is always flavorful and fresh and made to order, a lot better than other places around the area. They always give you more than enough food, which is a plus right now especially with our economy lol!

The times we've been here service has been overall pretty good. On this particular visit service was horrible. Ok the lady serving us was really nice just when she brings out the bill like not even 10 mins after we get the food and we start eating here comes our bill. Just made us feel unwanted.

We looked at each other like do they want us out of here already lol! Or do they think we're going to leave without paying since we ordered so much food for two lol! So that was horrible service, I think like other restaurants they should wait until they see patrons are through with their food. On top of that we asked for just one coke refill the entire time we were there and the nice lady fills our cup only halfway hahaha!!

At that point we were they really want us out of their establishment. Mind you this was not our first time dining in or taking out. We regularly order from this restaurant for like holidays, family get together so we order a lot of food,so I would say they get good business from us. Sad to say though the way they made us felt think we are going to part ways with chopsticks😭

We still ended up leaving a tip for the nice lady. Not sure if this time the color of our skin scared them or if they've had people running out of there without paying for their food so yeah...lol!

Other than that food again definitely 5 stars. We do...

The food here is awful. It is tastes similar to fast food Chinese where you can go and choose 2 or 3 items and get it with rice or chow mien. But at least in those places you pay $9 or so for the whole meal so you get what you pay for. Here the food has that same stale, bland rancid oil flavor but you are paying twice as much for one dish of terrible food. We literally got 4 dishes and an appetizer and paid almost $100. When the food arrived we were shocked at how bad it was. My father ordered the Orange Chicken and we thought they gave us the wrong order because it had hardly any sauce. They were just dried up fried chicken pieces with hardly anything on it. The noodles we ordered had the flavor of rancid oil and the Mongolian beef had zero flavor. With their prices I expected more. Just save your money and...

What's going on, Chopsticks House? We've eaten here before and enjoyed our food. Today we spent $60 for food that went mostly uneaten. The beef in the Mongolian beef and Broccoli Beef tasted old, the bamboo shoots tasted like they were dumped directly from an expired can into the food, the chicken and vegetables were underseasoned. We all stopped eating, grateful for the strawberries and watermelon we had on hand to fill up on. We chose this place over Panda Express and now we are sad we didn't go to Panda Express. I don't know what happened today, but please correct these errors. I hesitate to try you guys again. I do enjoy the friendly service but $60 for inedible food is not worth the...
