This review is way past due! Today, marks the 3rd visit within 6 months. My first two visits were exceptional with DOLORES! However, today was at another level and definitely earned and deserved a rating. DOLORES WAS THE BEST! She was EXTREMELY helpful to the point where I felt like she went out of her way to help me. She was patient, friendly and helpful! HER ULTIMATE GOAL WAS TO MAKE SURE I WALKED OUT HAPPY AND I DID! On another note, their restrooms are REALLY clean. I was in the shopping center and noticed the Skechers and I have always loved their shoes. I've been looking for some different types of shoes and I came to the right place! Dolores and Joel were extraordinary. I was looking for specific shoes, and I felt like a new person when I left. That's how good they were! Dolores ran back to check in the back to see if there were any other shoes that would work for me in my size and she did that several times. Joel ordered a special size for me in order to get exactly what I wanted. The store manager was the first Sketchers employee to ask me if I needed help and proceed to physically help me and not just point. She really helped us. Not just for a pair of shoes but for All of the shoes I tried on and it was extensive. I have learned I need to really try before I buy. There are very few places that have such an amazing store manager. My husband was helped as well. This is the second time we have been to this store.
