Customer service is awful. This is the first time where I had an issue with a refill and no âsorryâ was offered. Regardless of policies you should be able to relay information with being empathetic about any situation. The manager should be talked to about this. And on top of that when I agreed to pay, the coffee was awful I was over it and asked for my money back and she shortened me 10 cents. At that point t I just left. Had the employee told me that, I would have ordered a grande or at least not been surprised. They dont know if Im sensitive to cold drinks or if i have a sore throat . When asked to remake it, they told me they only know how to make it one way. ?? Even though it's clearly on the menu as a warm drink. And I also ordered an iced coffe and it was not made with ingredients I asked. And when I mentioned it, they didn't seem bothered enough to do anything. Overall, don't bother...
