Will never come back here again. I've been here several times and everything has been typical service but after dining in today, it was a horrible experience. I took my mom and daughter to eat here. The cool part is our pho and fried egg rolls came out right away. However, we ordered a sandwich for my mom but it never came. I was almost done with my pho and we asked our server about the sandwich and she said they are making it and it will be out in 1 minute. 10 minutes later, I'm done with my XL pho and we informed our waitress that we are still waiting on the sandwich and she still said they are making it in the back and it will be out soon. It doesn't make sense for it to take over 25 minutes for a sandwich bc it is simple to put together and the place wasn't even busy. I can understand if the place is packed and we had a large party or something or if we even ordered many items or even a rare dish for it to take over 25 minutes!!! Since the waitress kept holding us off, we told the guy and the elderly lady behind the counter that we've been waiting for our sandwich and they had no idea what happened so my mom didn't get to eat what she ordered - a simple banh mi sandwich. We ended up telling them to cancel the sandwich and the elderly lady tried to say that they put the sandwich order by accident on someone else's table. That doesn't make sense either because we inquired about our sandwich twice within 25 minutes with the waitress so they were aware we were waiting on a sandwich. Also, if it was misplaced on someone's order, most people will kindly say they didn't order that item and they would have figured out whose order it belongs to but ultimately they forgot about our order, didn't follow up when we gently asked about it, even though it wasn't even busy today. Very very disappointed with todays service. We didn't ask for the world, we asked for a simple sandwich that never made it to the table while our party...
Read moreI came here for lunch with my dad since he loves Pho. It’s conveniently located near the fwy exit in a great shopping center. The restaurant itself was very clean and busy. The servers keep everything tidy and each table fully stocked with utensils and sauces. The booths are spacious and can comfortably fit 4 people. The menu had a great variety of food and drinks. I order the beef vermicelli and my dad ordered the regular sized pho and we each got the fresh young coconut. My dads pho bowl was huge and absolutely full of meat and noodles with a side of bean sprouts and fresh mint. He was thrilled and said the taste and quality was excellent! My vermicelli was HUGE! It came with 3 egg rolls and fish sauce on the side. I could t believe how flavorful the meat was. It was one of the best vermicelli bowls I’ve had. So fresh, perfectly cooked and seasoned meat, lots of veggies and noodles-it was so good I ordered another one to go for my mom. The fresh young coconut did not come in the actual coconut. It came in a glass with the coconut meat added and it tasted like it did come straight from the coconut. Overall, the prices are very very reasonable, the quality of food is excellent, the service is fast and great-this is our new favorite pho spot! I highly recommend coming here for an affordable and...
Read moreI would love to give them more stars because their food is actually really good. However I never dine in there I always order GrubHub. These poor people can't read or understand directions if it had to save their lives. I'm allergic to onions and I put it on the directions every single solitary time. Since my pho still comes with onions half the time and it's ruined and I can't eat it, I call ahead to warn them that my meal has some directions on it to please do not put any type of onion in my pho. It's hit or miss I get excited I get no onions so I order from them again. The next time I get onions so I swear I'm never ordering from them again. Because I have bronchitis and I was really looking forward to that soup I try again. Well they have not read directions or listen to my phone calls one too many times. I'm really sick and all I wanted yesterday was some pho. I called ahead and begged them please do not put onions on my pho. Lo and behold that soup came loaded with white onions green onions and even some fried ones. I'm sorry pho n grill but if you can't read directions or even remember a simple phone call to get my order right I can't continue to spend my money there. You keep ruining my lunch and really disappointing me on days I'm...
