I had an extremely disappointing experience at this store. From the moment my nephew and I walked in, we were followed by staff with clear attitudes, which made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. When I asked about trying on jackets (simply putting them over my clothes), I was told the dressing rooms were closed and that I couldn’t try them on in the aisle — which seemed unnecessary and unaccommodating.

To make matters worse, as we were leaving, an employee — I believe her name was Vickey — chuckled as we walked out, adding insult to injury. The entire visit felt unprofessional and borderline discriminatory. Based on this experience, I won’t be returning...

Take my advice and avoid this location at all costs. Went there the other day and there wasn’t that much of a selection for clothes which is fine. They can’t control the amount of inventory they receive. However when I have a few questions the man on the sales floor I believe his name was Carlos or Carl was very rude and didn’t want to help me whatsoever.
