Kotsu Ramen & Gyoza San Dimas — Restaurant in San Dimas

Not horrible but would not re-visit.

Ramen was too creamy and the quality of the pork wasnt great. Pork was 20% fat, chewing into the fat was unpleasant. The pork wasnt cut and I had a hard time trying to eat the ramen and other ingredients.

Perhaps if the owner focused more on the food rather than the looks of the place, I would give it a higher rating. Ive had much better ramen in small places ran by mom and pop shops.

Personally, I prefer the small mom and pop shops when I eat ramen. The quality is definitely noticeable and you can tell they pay more attention to the quality of the food. Heres' a place I love as reference for all you ramen lovers!

My husband and myself landed here without plans, nor have we had ever been here before. We stopped in at the Smart and Final which is down the street from my daughters job and had a little time before she was off, so we decided to check this spot out and they also had VEGAN ramen, which is what caught our attention. Just picked up my first online order here. Had to wait nearly an hour after my pickup time. There were at least ten other people waiting for over an hour to get their food and I counted 6 people that just walked out because the wait was so long. Three others cancelled their orders for refunds. The food was good but I will NEVER return. I feel sorry for the workers, they were struggling and customers were beyond upset. I should have asked for a refund for this place simply wasting my time, very disappointing...
