If I would give ZERO stars if I could. I went to this place when I was three months postpartum with my daughter. My daughter was only three months and I really wanted to get out of the house with my husband who just have lunch and get some air. I don’t want to make this story long because it was a very long one, but I will get to the point. It took me so long to write this because even thinking about it now makes me cry. When I arrived it was raining, so I right away stepped in the restaurant with my three month old in the stroller. I asked the manager if I can wait inside because it was raining outside and I was afraid my daughter can get sick. She said no so then I called my husband to come and pick us up because they were not flexible on allowing us to wait inside. The restaurant was busy, but I only asked for a corner to wait for my husband to come meanwhile they gave us a seat. The manager said no you cannot wait anywhere you need to get out. That itself told me this is not the right place to be at so I called my husband to come and pick me up. My husband only walked to to go get the car so I won’t walk with my daughter raining because we will get wet. While I was waiting inside (3 minutes didn’t of waiting did not pass yet)…a random Employee named JOHN came up to me and said YOU NEED TO GET OUT NOW. I asked John to please allow me to wait for my husband and to bring the car. John SCREAMED at me while I was with my daughter and said “NO YOU CANT WAIT INSIDE…YOU MEED TO GET OUT NOW…I DO NOT CARE IF YOU HAVE YOUR DAUGHTER, YOU CANT BE INSIDE HETE WAITING” … I told him 5 minutes didn’t pass yet, and my husband was only 2 minutes away. John proceeded to screaming and telling me in front on everyone saying “GET OUT NOW I DONT CARE … YOU CANT WAIT HERE AT ALL..I DONT MOT CARE IF ITS 2 minutes LEAVE NOW”… customers were staring and started commenting that they couldn’t believe he was treating me that way with a 3 month in my hands and no other employee or manager was there to defend me. When my husband arrived I started crying sooo much, and til this day .. I regret not calling the police because I felt threatened of how aggressive employee JOHN was to my daughter and I. That day I cried a lot feeling super humiliated as a woman and mother. I have to voice this because that guy can’t do this again. He will one day pay for this treatment. I can just imagine how he treats women around him. Lastly, why do you have an employee like this working for you? I can tell you that now when I walk inside restaurants I feel super nervous thinking someone will scream at me again for coming in with my stroller, but I realize that’s not the case. This guy : restaurant was just something else. But I still feel traumatized by that experience. I will take legal actions to see how I can proceed with...

We visited Show Sushi in San Dimas for the first time and had a very disappointing experience. Their all-you-can-eat dinner is $39.99 per person, which is already on the expensive side—especially for kids or lighter eaters.
At the beginning, we ordered three different carpaccios, which we ate. But instead of only serving what we ordered, the restaurant brought out five different kinds, with three pieces each—15 total. We never requested the extra carpaccios, and several remained untouched.
We told the waitress it was our first time and asked how the ordering works. She directed us to the online menu, which did not mention any charge for uneaten food. Nothing was explained to us verbally either.
At the end of the meal, we were told we owed an extra $44 for leftover pieces. When we questioned the charge, they pointed to fine print in the printed menu—but we were never told to refer to that version. The staff specifically directed us to the online menu, which had no such policy listed. We counted only 22 leftover pieces, 12 of which were carpaccios we never ordered, yet we were charged for 44. No proof or itemization was provided—it felt like the number was simply made up because we pushed back. Had we known from the start that we’d be charged for uneaten items—including ones we didn’t order—we would have asked them to take those extra carpaccios back immediately.
To make things worse, the staff became rude and dismissive. When I voiced my frustration, I was told to “calm down,” and one of them tried to “teach me common sense,” saying I should automatically know that leftovers are charged. That’s not how you treat a paying customer—especially one who asked upfront how the process works.
Yes, maybe the policy is printed somewhere, but I came to enjoy a meal—not to read a menu like a legal contract. If a policy can materially impact the final bill, it should be clearly and openly disclosed—not buried, and definitely not omitted from the menu the staff tells you to use.
This experience felt dishonest, overpriced, and disrespectful. We won’t be back, and I strongly advise others to be cautious if you choose...
Read moreI have never left a review before but my experience here today was definitely worth leaving a review. My family & I (party of 6) came around lunch time. Wasn’t too busy for a Monday considering it was a holiday. We sat down and right away they took our drink order and gave us the code to start ordering for All You Can Eat through our phones. We placed our orders and waited for the food. Once our food came to the table I noticed one of our rolls was wrong. I had told the girl which then told the manager and said to just make us a new roll. They ended up bringing the correct roll to us but we didn’t touch the other roll they had originally brought so I told the guy he could take it because no one was going to eat it, he then yanked the plate out of my hand and just walked away without saying anything. After that nobody came to check on us, we all needed refills for a solid 15 minutes before we finally decided to tell some guy that was running food if we could order refills and extra napkins. He told us he wasn’t our server and he would call our server. Another 15 minutes goes by before anyone came to the table. Our server finally came to the table and asked if we needed anything. We said we needed refills and more napkins he took our cups and didn’t come back for another 10 minutes. More time passed by and again no one checked on us. We had to keep asking multiple employees for help because our server was no where to be found. Finally we were done and the bill came, they had added 18% gratuity on our bill. Usually we have no problem with it but since the service was so bad we didn’t feel that it was right. It was displayed on the menu that they would add the gratuity so there was nothing we could do about it. So we paid the bill. I have never had a bad experience here but today was just awful!! Just because you know the table has tip included doesn’t mean it’s okay to give bad service or ignore them. DEFINITELY WILL BE TAKING MY MONEY...
