The experience at Bean Bar was diabolical. Upon arrival, you could tell that just by our mere presence was inconveniencing Pablo- who claims to the hotels GM.

After a dissatisfying Chai Latte and a request for our money back- Pablo told us because he made the drink he is not required to provide a refund. After throwing a tantrum, he agreed to the refund but he could not figure out how to do a simple void in the system (unskilled). We waited 28 minutes for him to try to figure it out, but when he could not- he chose to provide a cash refund. Pablo was combative, defensive, confrontational, spoke back & showed poor manors- like a child throwing a tantrum because we didn't like his chai latte.
