Café Valor — Restaurant in San Francisco

I love the cafe, but the hours are very strange, and I find myself choosing other options when looking for a coffee or tea. A lot of people who work in the building start their day before 8:30, and would love to go to cafe valor instead of the nearby starbucks, peets, and bakeworks. Having a Monday and Friday open and a mid-week closure would also probably bring in a lot more people looking to treat themselves before or after a weekend.
