I’ve had one of the best benedicts ever!

The Moo Sawan benedict is probably the most unique benedicts I’ve ever had. It had pork jerky, Brussels sprouts, a cilantro-lime hollandaise with a dash of cayenne pepper. It was absolutely delicious! The pork was sweet with good caramelization. And it wasn’t very fatty. The sprouts were underneath and took on some of the pork flavor, and added some smokiness from being charred. The lime in the hollandaise gave it acidity and the dash of cayenne pepper added just the right amount of heat. Any more and it would’ve thrown off the balance of all these flavors. It was a well-composed dish. And the English muffin was thicker than the standard ones, but just right.

I opted to get it with potatoes and they were so crispy! I ate everything on my plate and was satisfied. I surprisingly didn’t feel too full, even with having two cups of tea.

Speaking of which, if you’re going to get a drink, opt for coffee or alcohol. I got a hot tea for $5, and it was a Numi tea bag. They do offer more hot water when you’re done with your cup, but it’s not worth it. Get something that can be house made or something with alcohol instead.

The decor inside is very Instagrammable. There’s a floral wall and flowers above. It makes it very pretty inside.

When it’s a full house, it can be very loud inside, especially when there’s children. But this is in Hayes Valley so it was expected.

I’ve had lunch here before a few months ago and got their cauliflower hash with truffle oil. That too was delicious. And it also satisfied my hunger without any heaviness. The lunch hour on a weekday is probably quieter.

I highly recommend this restaurant. The food, which is Asian fusion, is very unique and very delicious. Plus, everyone there is extremely welcoming. You’ll have a good dining...

Because Peacock Pansy was across the street from where we were staying for the week, we ran over for a Saturday morning breakfast (7.8.23). We were worried that we would have a long wait, but we didn’t. While we were there, we learned that they had only been open a couple of weeks, so I imagine they will be crowded before long. This place is like a breath of fresh air. The restaurant is colorful and bright with gazillions of flowers covering the walls and hanging from the ceiling. Light fills the room with full-length windows. Their logo on the wall is a Peacock Pansy (a butterfly found in South Asia) that also looks like two faces almost kissing. So clever!

I ordered Smoked Salmon Eggs Benedict with potatoes and salad. I asked for soft poached eggs and they were indeed soft-poached. The side salad was a light mixture of arugula and a vinaigrette. The potatoes were not soggy–just the right amount of crisy. Everything was so fresh and perfectly prepared. My vanilla latte was hot with a cute heart. Everything was 5 stars in my book.

My husband ordered the Veggie Omelet with potatoes, side salad, and wheat toast. He added a side of bacon. He liked that his bacon was crispy–not burnt. His omelet felt his omelet had too many veggies and not enough cheese. He wasn’t feeling the salad-for-breakfast vibe. I wondered if he could have substituted fruit. He said he was a solid 4 stars.

Our server was delightful, but I can’t remember their name. We also appriciated their gender-neutral restrooms with a positively affirming sign on the...

Well was my 1st time on Doordash. After submitting my order Salmon Benedict, and breakfast burrito with Addition of Bacon. I called to the place wanted make sure they will add my bacon incide burrito not on a side, since u can't put instructions to this place ordering online. Nice lady over the phone made sure it will be the way I wanted. So Service was really good. When I received my food it looked not bad. However when I opened Holondes sauce to add to my Benedict it was too thick so I was not able to add it only when I took spoon and then I added it. The actual Benedict was too sour and zesty. Even sauce was too sour. And they have it with pickled onions all together wasn't good. The broche was too much tosted so It was very hard to cut it even with metal knife coz it becomes too drye bread. Over all it was not a good Salmon Benedict. I would not recommend it. Then I tried my BF breakfast Burrito 🌯. It was just blend, soggy and bonch of bell pepper there kills all the taste of other ingredients even bacon. And side of potato was extremely dry not sure if they reheat it or overcook. I was really SAD. We paid 64$ for that meal with great rewies but got very very untasty stuff which not worth the price. Will not order here...

Had to be our lucky day, heavy rain on a Saturday and no reservations. Upon arrival there were a few people waiting and it seemed as if reservations were going to be necessary. The wait for a table was about twenty minutes without a reservation but it was a packed house and the bar was empty so we sat there. To be honest I felt like we had more room at the bar than if we had opted to wait for a table but that’s my opinion. The menu is extensive with many options to try. Started off with the Lond Fog latte which wasn’t bad didn’t have the flavor profile I was expecting but a very good latte to say the least. -For the main I had the monte Cristo.(my first time ever trying) who would have thought a simple ham and cheese sandwich could taste this good. -Fried Chicken & Croffle: both the chicken and waffle were awesomeness. Crisp on the chicken was nice great and the croffle was our awesomeness. -Very Berry pancake was awesomeness. 3 stacked light pancakes with your choice of berry sauce or syrup and they both taste great. Peacock Pansy left me speechless in a good way. The only difference I would make is a reservation in advance.

Very aesthetic new brunch spot! My friend and I visited on a Sunday around noon and were seated after less than a 5 minute wait. I ordered the chicken and croffle and the butterfly pea and my friend ordered the classic benedict. My drink came out very fast and while it was very pretty, it was too sweet for my liking. Our food took longer than expected to come out (almost 40 minutes) and the table next to us who ordered after us did receive some of their dishes before us. Maybe they're still working out some kinks being new. I was impressed with the croffle, which is definitely the best I've ever had! The chicken was also delicious. However, I had been expecting a larger portion, especially when compared to the size of the omelette (my 2nd choice) at the next table over. The food presentation was very nice and they do have pretty decorations throughout, including a flower wall at their entrance, so a la Son and Garden are clearly intended for those looking for an instagrammable brunch
