I first tried Feng Cha in Southern California, and I'm glad there's finally an impressive location in the heart of Downtown San Francisco! Its location and ambiance are truly vibrant with adequate seating. I am also thankful that this location has options to alter certain drinks with dairy alternatives such as soy or almond milk. I opted for the Taro Breeze with Almond Milk and honey boba. On another note, please consider offering your milk teas with dairy alternatives such as almond or soy milk.

Despite their busyness on a late Sunday afternoon, the crew members were still attentive and consistent. I only waited for approximately 5 minutes until my order was ready. On my first sip, I immediately tasted the authentic taro flavor and it was perfectly blended with the chewy boba and almond milk slush. Moving forward, Feng Cha is my go-to place for legit boba smoothies with almond milk in...

I had such a great time attending Feng Cha SF’s 1-year anniversary launch party! The shop was in excellent condition—clean, vibrant, and clearly well taken care of. The entire staff was so friendly and welcoming, and the energy throughout the event was amazing.

Huge shoutout to Harry, the GM, who went above and beyond to make sure every guest felt included and taken care of. You could tell he genuinely cared about the experience, and it showed in how smooth everything ran and how happy everyone was. The drinks were delicious as always—refreshing, high-quality, and beautifully presented.

This spot has really become a gem in the city, and I’m excited to keep coming back. Congrats to the team on a...

the tapioca is chewy and the brewed tea flavor is good. I’m really happy that they opened here!

edit: I’ve ordered a bunch of things and here’s what I would say about specific items: their 25% sweet is actually verrrry sweet, so be warned I would avoid the Matcha latte — it’s like 3 cups of milk and 2 tablespoons of Matcha concentrate. The matcha flavor is really faint. I would also avoid the coffee jelly topping. The syrup it comes with is extremely sweet. Grass jelly is also sweetened lol… some tea shops like Asha use unsweetened jelly so be mindful...

I would avoid it for now and give it a try in a few months when they get their act together. The wait time is unreasonable, we ordered on the tablet and people who came and ordered after us were served first. The place was only medium busy at the time. If I were to guess the problem it seemed that staff is untrained and requires a lot of supervision. We had to wait over 20 min. Then when the order was finally ready we learned they are out of boba. Which took another 2 minutes to substitute. The place itself looks nice and clean. The bubble tea itself is quite decent.
