I first tried Feng Cha in Southern California, and I'm glad there's finally an impressive location in the heart of Downtown San Francisco! Its location and ambiance are truly vibrant with adequate seating. I am also thankful that this location has options to alter certain drinks with dairy alternatives such as soy or almond milk. I opted for the Taro Breeze with Almond Milk and honey boba. On another note, please consider offering your milk teas with dairy alternatives such as almond or soy milk.

Huge shoutout to Harry, the GM, who went above and beyond to make sure every guest felt included and taken care of. You could tell he genuinely cared about the experience, and it showed in how smooth everything ran and how happy everyone was. edit: I’ve ordered a bunch of things and here’s what I would say about specific items: their 25% sweet is actually verrrry sweet, so be warned I would avoid the Matcha latte — it’s like 3 cups of milk and 2 tablespoons of Matcha concentrate.
