King Lee's Chinese Restaurant — Restaurant in San Francisco

Been going here for a while now and my first few times food was good so keep coming back but I couldn’t help but notice they would charge me differently each time. I have a few discrepancies over cost and noticed that I overheard other customers also complaint about the prices they were charged weren’t not the prices advertised but I didn’t think too much about it and assumed it was a mistake until the my past recent visits I ordered two combo plates one with rice and dry fried ribs and the other with chow main, and Mongolian beef. We asked for no onions due to allergies but when we got the food the Mongolian beef was completely full of onions and little to no meet so we asked if they can remake it. You can tell they were mad and didn’t want to fix so I began to ask for a refund and I then looked at my other plate to make sure ut was ok. My rice was hard and potstickers were still frozen/cold in the middle. Instead of giving us our refund the lady used her bare hands to dig through the food and remove all of the onions out of the Mongolian beef nor did she wash her hands or even put gloves at this point I wanted to refund for my entire purchase was yelling, and you can obviously tell they were talking about us in a different language instead of offering me a refund she kept trying to give us the food that she just had her hands all over and this point was cold.

This was horrible experience and I don’t recommend any to go to this place and to keep and eye on what you are being charge because this place intentionally over charges and now I understand why they always have such...

The Outside Of This Place Stinks Very Badly... It Your Sensitive To Smells You Just May Puke!!! The Food Is Nasty And Cooked Well At All, With That Being Said The Prices Are Way Too High Especially For The Non - Existent Quality Of Both The Food And The Location And What One Has To Walk Through In Order To Get To The Restaurant... The Prawn Fried Rice Was Nasty And The Prawns Was Not Fully Cooked... The Ribs Had Little To Barely Any Meat On The Bones (Yes, It Was Mostly Bones) And On Top Of That It Was Overcooked (Fried), So Even The Little Pieces Of Meat That Was On There Was Hard And Stringy... The Fried Prawns Was Nasty Both Inside And Outside... (I Never Had Nasty Prawns From A Chinese Food Restaurant Until Here)... The Inside Was Not Fully Cooked And The Outside Was Hard As If Fried Too Fast Leaving The Outside Looking Slightly Burnt And The Inside Soggy... The Whole Taste Was Off... The Sweet And Sour Was A Dark Red Color, So I didn't Even Both To Taste It... Would Never Consider Going Here Again Nor Recommend It To Anyone!!! Ps I Don't Usually Leave A Comment Unless I Have Something Could To Say (It Being Good)), But I Had To Just In Case It May Spare Someone Else From Wasting Both Their Time And Money Only To End Up Disappointed!!! In All Actuality It's Still A Positive Comment Because It's A True One!!! Couldn't Be Paid To Comment That The Food Was...

Probably one of the best websites... and at the restaurant they are extremely nice, attentive, and make your food just lightning fast. Comes out hot and delicious. food is very fresh.

Their speed for delivery is amazing. I feel like I have barely gotten off the phone with them and they are already knocking at my door with the order. Umm, if you order online that is probably your best bet unless you know how the ordering sequence works as the woman that answers the phone is difficult to understand. The few gentlemen that answer the phone have less of an accent so that makes it easier to order. I generally go for a "lunch special" by far your best value (you can order it at any time of the day). You get an entree, rice and an egg roll (you can sub for a pot sticker if you'd like) for like 6.50... its a lot of food and again, it always comes hot. I really love this place and it is...
