I had a mobile order after my daughter appoinment at kaiser. I gave it some time because i just placed order and it was a few steps away from kaiser. My order said it be ready at 5:19 . Me and my daughter get there it was 5:25 and no order ready i guess they were cleaning up. Its 5:30 and two girls were cleaning touching garbage,flipping rugs then gets to my order using same gloves to make our drinks and heat our cookie. It was 5:35 still no order and it was just two drinks and a cookie. They were rude and if my daughter wasnt with me i prolly would of check they ass because no one was in line or waiting so i didnt get it . One asian girl had glasses and the other one dark black hair she had pinned up. In the future wash your hands and change gloves when dealing with garbage thats how people get sick weirdos.By the way my mocha taste like chocolate milk and my daughter drink tasted weird . She orders the same drink all the time. Shame on you guys for bad service and horrible attitudes i know its almost time to go home show some respect and put some effort at the end of the day i work to and brought my daughter to an appointment after and thought we would grab a nice drink but it was trash .
