Wendy's — Restaurant in San Jacinto

I promise if I could give this place a 0 I truly would. I never write reviews, but after this experience I have the time today. I‘m a DoorDasher who was on my way to place an order in the drive thru (lobby was closed it was drive thru only). I called in to ask if I could make an order over the phone (as I was in the drive thru and the line was long) and the employee hangs up in my face. Obviously, thinking the call disconnected I call a few more times and when they answer and I ask again, the employee then responds saying she’s going to report my number to the police for harassment and when I tell her the call seem to disconnect she rudely said they don’t do over the phone orders. Which I told her that it would’ve been professional to have let me known that during the last call instead of hanging up in my face. She continues to be rude and when I ask her what her name is she told me Leticia. The hilarious part is when I pull up to the window to pick up the order, I ask the employee at the window that I called a few min ago and wanted to see if the employee Leticia was there and she said she never heard of anyone by that name. She said the person who most likely answered the call was the manager Jannette, as she is the only one who answers phone calls atm. But yeah 100% UNPROFESSIONAL, and if that employee sees this, which she just might, be more professional next time sis...

I always come to this location and sometimes have problems with cold food because they ask me to wait in front of the store for long periods. I came this morning, and I asked if I could have the bacon well done because the last time I purchased a breakfast baconator, the bacon was raw and un cooked. The "host" preceded to tell me that they get the bacon from a factory precooked and warm it up in a microwave. I was immediately grossed out. Again, this is what she told me. I wanted to try the breakfast burrito, and I asked if I could please substitute the bacon for sausage, and she said yes. When I received my order, not only did she charge me for the sausage, but there was NO sausage, only egg and potatoes in the burrito, and potatoe wedges were as cold as ice. Needless to say, I won't come come back to this location, which is disappointing because I, as well as my son, prefer this breakfast over other chains. They need to do better or...

I have had three bad experiences with the Wendy’s on San Jacinto ca first experience I ordered with door dash and they forgot my husbands burger from his order he got stuck eating just fries and they did not have space in voice mail to call them so I had to drive all the way to the restaurant they replaced burger but did not offer anything at all for inconvenience second time I went I drop up to drive thru ordered fries and burger paid and then after I paid they said actually we are out of fries so had to replace it with other side do again I did not eat. Third time which was right now thru door dash again on receipt it says ranch and ketchup got neither got super brown burnt fries and a jr cheese burger deluxe that I can clearly see is old because bread is cold hard on one side soggy lettuce and meat is super dry and hard this is not what I expect from a resteraunt that I used to get great...
