This bar is awful one of the worst clubs bars that I have been to in San Jose the employees are very rude they bump people they cuss people out their security is disgusting because they put their hands on women there is times where they are very disrespectful with their words I experienced it first-hand when I was being asked to leave for something that I've did not do nor was I apart of. One of the bartenders who was working bottle service bumped into my sister and told her to move out the way and pushed her and we stopped her and let her know that that's not okay and apparently we were the ones at fault and was being told to leave and I did not agree considering I paid my money to enter the club I got one drink I went to the restroom didn't get to dance and then was asked to leave I did not agree with that and thought it was very unfair as I went to talk to a security guard about why we had to leave I was told because the bartender said we had to leave that was not a good enough excuse for me so I did not leave but I did continue explaining why I felt it was not fair that we paid but yet we had to leave then shortly after a random security guard came out of nowhere cussing and screaming calling me b** and saying to get the F out of here and little after that he grabbed me and pushed me twice and I was with two other women after he put his hands on me it went downhill from there and there was several security guards that were fighting with myself and the two women that I was with need I say more that is very unacceptable very unprofessional and I also have pictures of the bruises that were left on my arms and when I called the next day to file a complaint because security guard it is illegal for them to put their hands on anybody let alone three women so I also did not get a call back or anything I even went to get a lawyer for the situation so with that being said I will never ever go back to that place ever again unless they...

We walked in (after they couldn’t decide if cover was $20 or $30 — they seemed as confused as we were about why they were even charging cover for an empty room). Not a soul in sight, except the bartender, who looked like they’d rather be anywhere else.
Then came the real comedy show — $85 for a Jack & Coke, half a sad shot of Baileys, and a glass of water. At that price, I was expecting the water to be hand-delivered by a celebrity or sourced from the Fountain of Youth. Spoiler: It was tap.
This place has the energy of a dentist’s waiting room and the pricing strategy of a scammy airport bar. If you’re looking for a good time, literally anywhere else would be better — including your couch, with a six-pack from the...

The customer service from the doorman/bouncers was poor. They did not pat me down and were sarcastically making comments for no reason.
I did not appreciate how flippant they were when I asked to peek around the corner to see if my friends were inside. They said if you pay you can. My partner paid and my friends were not there. I asked them what system they used to so I could get food and come back. After we had paid, they informed us, no ins and outs. That wouldn't have matter if they were serving food. They weren't. All in all, this estabilshment is unprepared and lame. I wouldn't go to an event here unless you absolutely had to for some reason.
Thank you for reading my post. Peace...
