Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in San Jose

I went inside excited to enter Chipotle since I’d been craving it for the past two weeks. I haven’t been to this location in over a year now and I want to come back so I can see if they give a good portions but sadly when I asked the guy for some rice he put the smallest scoop I’ve ever seen and flatten it then he told me they had steak but only some for one more bowl and I was fine with it but he said to pick a different protein I got barbacoa it was the only thing that was full in the pan, so I was expecting maybe a little more for the inconvenience but I got the opposite I was met with the tiny portion of meat and mostly the juice of the meat then he proceeded to look me in the eye and every time I kept telling him I wanted something he gave me the smallest amount of everything. :( Overall food was 3.5 it was kinda cold right when I went to sit down and the service overall would have been a 0 if I...

Please be aware of the Asian Guy (with the round glasses) working here at the service counter first of all he is the most rude person amongst all the employees working here no work ethics no smile on his face or hello or hi to the customers on top of that he is making portion really small but that’s fine with me the game he played is I specifically asked him for 1 meat Burrito and he deliberately charged me for a smoked brisket bowl with extra steak and that too 5.80$ for one small scoop of extra dried steak which I believe is a rip off I really don’t know why is he working there when he has no work ethics he was so arrogant as if I was there to get some free food and by the time I realized I already left the place . Bones. That really just speaks for itself. I don’t know who to blame, the people cooking the food or the suppliers. Just thought your children should have a fair warning before eating here. I really did lose my appetite. I let the stray cats down the street have it.

While I’m here & aside from the bones, you can taste the difference between the level of care the employees put in making the food compared to other locations in San Jose and Milpitas. It’s really subpar in flavor but I keep coming back because it’s convenient in location and after working I could sometimes care less.

In addition, I’ve never felt welcome in the store. I’ve always been looked at as a nuisance even after treating them with respect and greeting them like humans prior to ordering. I get it, I’ve worked minimum wage for years but I always treated customers how I wanted...
