I came to Shake Shack with high hopes, seeing as they are pretty popular in other parts of California. I’m incredibly glad that they managed to open one here!
However, the fries I ordered had way too much cheese, leaving it soggy, and while the California burger was pretty decent it didn’t necessarily stand out to me. The Half-And-Half drink unfortunately didn’t even taste like anything, and I could not taste the lemonade nor the tea. Add that on top of the sizable waiting time and Shake Shack unfortunately fell flat for me. For the price, though, ($20 for a burger fries and drink) I’m not sure I would order anything but the drinks...
Read moreSeriously bad service at the registers. Never enough cashier's, no kiosks to bypass the register. The second time I go the only cashier decided to walk away from the register when I walked up and take a lap rather than ask the employee right near them to get the employee she needed to talk too. For the price of the burgers the service doesn't match. Management is not fully operationally strong, and team is not customer focused. Very disappointing and I can see them not succeed too well because they refuse to fix it. Not enough staff cashier trained or cross trained should of trained staff at another location...

Assuming that this burger was going to be cooked, well I was wrong. Second burger was also pink! I didn't even go back and threw it in the garbage. Avoid this location unless you like rare...
