Horrible workers so ive been wanting to review for awhile but im always super busy at work this starbucks is the worst in silicon valley. I went there to pick up two venti drinks for my mom ... i sat in drive thru for 30 minutes for two drinks.. i asked for matcha green tea frappe with soy milk... they gave me green tea i told them not thats not what i asked for.. i even told the lady on the mic that usually my order comes out to $11.90.. she said it was 9.00 even.. so i was puzzled at that.. i get to the window wrong drink... they remake it i sit there for 7 more minutes... then they give me the wrong drink again!!!!! Green tea latte... like do u guys not pay attention to your customers at all. I ended up being late to work because of this... no sorrys or no discount nothing... if anything i was getting attitude from them. Few months before this i went there i ordered for myself a double mocha frappe extra mocha and three expresso shots... i asked for it to be blended in.. one they didnt blend it in.. two they didnt put the chocolate drizzle like they usually do.. so i kindly asked can u put some chocolate drizzle on here please. The lady then rudely said next time u want that u have to let the cashier know because we dont put chocolate drizzle on mocha frappe.. i was like um ok thanks and she then put my cup aside for like 5 minutes before she added the drizzle .. i just decided to grab the cup and go because i work as a supervisor at a dog kennel i cannot afford to be late. If im paying u almost $15 for one venti drink.. because of the add ons.. i dont think its a problem to put some freaken drizzle on my whip. ... so i let that go.. but after today what i encountered i was so upset becuase of them i got to work late and got a write up. I am calling corporate today once i clock out and im going to be reporting this to the BBB. Highly unprofessional.. the place itself could be great if they had workers that actually provided good customer service and actually payed attention to the customers orders, mind u today was not that busy there was only 4 cars in front of me.. after i left there was a pileup of cars behind me for there delay of making the drink wrong not once but twice in a row!!!!!!!! Listen closely! I dont have a speech problem i speak very clearly and slow english... so that shouldent have been a issue. Also to top it off i dropped off the drinks to my mom only for her to tell me she coulent drink the matcha green tea because of course they still didnt get it right.. they didnt put the soy milk. I myself never came back to this starbucks .. only reason i came was because my mom asked me to go for her since we live down the street. As a supervisor i would have got on my workers. Once we received our order, my niece tasted her iced latte & it was very bland, (the original order was an iced latte with decaf roast & 3 shots of vanilla) we asked for an additional shot of classic & vanilla. The girl seemed really confused about this, she just said "uhhhhh" & looked around (not sure what she was looking for) & then her male coworker yelled out "WHAT DOES SHE WANT?!" his tone was very angry & annoyed. I tend to avoid this location because this isn't the 1st time there's some sort of issue here. Whether it's the quality of drinks being poor, the order being made incorrectly, or the staff being rude for literally no reason. The Blossom Hill & Campbell location never fails. Read moreI think the staff are full of wonderful people, just more than likely they are going to screw up some facet of your order. I usually order the samething everyday and it somehow still ends up wrong, incomplete, or they give me something else entirely. I went in 3 times in one day because they continued to give me the wrong order.
The new employees they have for training tend to ensure that everyone is receiving all the correct items, but the older staff/employees seem to not care.
The store is always unorganized, unstocked, or unclean in areas that have guests or that are high traffic zones. Tables and chairs flung about and spills and mess on the floors and doorways.
