TOGO'S Sandwiches — Restaurant in San Jose

I ordered through the mobile app. When I got there the two employees were sitting down. Mexican music blasting. They knew I was a mobile order. I have them my name. One girl started mumbling something under her breath and snickering. I only assumed it was because I didn't add a tip on the app. I never do. I like to give cash tips when I get there. When I asked what they were mumbling about, the one girl said she'll take care of me. I bet she did. I had a feeling they spit in my sandwich or something. Just with the attitude and vibe, I didn't leave a tip. The sandwich was oozing Mayo; really messy. It wasn't even the Mayo I ordered. That bread was stale or heated up too long, (very chewy). The bacon was overcooked. Even the chips were stale. The best thing about the meal was the soda. That I served myself. Don't go to this Togo's. Worst one in San Jose.

Update: the owner of the store contacted me and made things right. I will have to give them...

I don’t know where to begin there were a lot of mistakes in my order first of all I ask for sourdough bread and they didn’t it have it then I ask for chipotle mayo and they said “sorry we haven’t make it “ I was like ok no worries ,but I ask for the Asian salad with out chicken and instead of charged me for farmers market salad because I didn’t had the chicken they charged me the full price , and for my sandwich #21 I asked for the bread to be toasted and the guy forgot and when I got home my sandwich #21 had black avocado that was gross I put it in the garbage then when I open the #15 for my husband they didn’t put the jalapeños that I had ask for so there were to many mistakes and I think everything was because the guy keep talking with the other employees instead of listening what...

I ordered a half sandwich, half salad. I wanted a italian sandwich with Italian dressing and toasted like they use to make their uncle tony's italian sandwich. Unfortunately the girl only toasted the bread, the meat and cheese were cold and to my surprise as soon as I tried to bite into it - it was hard as heck. I will not be interested in eating my favorite sandwich from this location again, it was upsetting. I'm really thinking about taking my service elsewhere after this.

As I took the first bite of my salad I noticed the disgusting taste of old salad, the Cesar dressing didn't even cover the taste. I am truly not pleased. I'm definitely no longer making weekly...
