Burger King — Restaurant in San Juan

The Google page for this establishment advertised 24-hour service, so we decided to visit it after walking for about 30 minutes from our Airbnb at around 1 or 2 a.m. Upon arrival, we found that the doors were closed. A staff member informed us that only the drive-through was open for orders. When I tried to explain that we didn’t have a car, she shut the door in our face.

When the door opened again to let someone out, I reiterated our situation, highlighting that we had walked there because the listing said it was open 24 hours, without indicating that it was drive-through only during certain hours. Her response was blunt: without a car, we couldn’t place an order. I noticed that there was a line of people inside placing orders, and felt that she could have accommodated us given the circumstances. Instead, she chose to close the door on us once more.

Originally from Puerto Rico, I've lived in Florida for over 25 years. It's disheartening to encounter such hostility towards tourists, as we contribute significantly to the island's economy and local businesses. We had no choice but to walk back to our Airbnb, feeling very disappointed with the service. Bad...

1/10 – Save Your Money and Go Somewhere Else I usually don’t leave negative reviews, but this experience deserves it. I spent $29 here and got cold fries, a sloppy, barely edible burger, and they completely forgot my nuggets — even after asking me what sauce I wanted. The food was honestly garbage, and the quality was unacceptable.

Late-night options are limited, but this place isn’t worth it. I should’ve double-checked the bag, but for the price, I expected at least decent service and hot food. Instead, I left frustrated and hungry.

If you’re nearby, do yourself a favor and go to Aviator Sports up the street. I spent half the amount there and had an amazing chicken fettuccine — 10/10. Real food, real service. Skip Burger King and get something worth your money.

I wish I can give this place O stars.

We were out in San Juan to celebrate my brother and just like any late night you want to stop and grab some late night food. This is about 1230 am and this burger king is suppose to be open 24hrs.

Instead of walking up and walking in we were greeted by locked doors and a man that was one of the rudest human beings Ive ever met.

He looked at my friends and I and was completely rude the whole time we had to ask to come in. He told us quote “In there he holds the power and we mean nothing” for a business owner I was completely appalled by this man’s response. We didn’t end up eating there obviously and to be honest I don’t think I ever will.

How sad to have that be one of our first interactions in Puerto Rico.

I hope management can do something about that because I don’t think they will be there for long with...
