McDonald's — Restaurant in San Juan

My son really wanted some McDonald’s. We had to use the kiosk to order but it couldn’t take payment. The workers barely acknowledged us. We put for them to bring us the food because of the huge mass of people waiting by the counter for their orders. 20+ minutes later I went to the counter to check on our food and found it just left on the counter. There were no napkins in sight or provided. I had to get the sauces myself from the back of the counter. Worst service I’ve seen at a McDonald’s. The food was mediocre as usual. The faculty was dirty and I never saw anyone come out to wipe a table or sweep. We came in at around 1:30pm and won’t...

El peor McDonald's que e visitado. Me decidí hoy dejar este comentario ya que hasta hoy llegó mi paciencia con este restaurant. Sucede que trabajo en el Viejo San Juan desde hace más de 5 años y este McDonald's me queda perfectamente en ruta, así que casi a diario compro por el sevicarro mi desayuno en el. Pero que pasa? Aveces compro los hot cake y no te echan el sirup o los cubiertos. También e pedido el big break fast y no echan el jamón. El burrito de desayuno parece más una flauta que un burrito. Para colmo hoy voy con mi familia ordeno por el servicarro como siempre y mientras espero mi turno para pagar le dejo saber a mi familia lo que siempre sucede adicional a que cuando vas a recoger la orden te dicen que te estaciones que te la llevan al auto. Y que pasó? "Estacionece en el número 1 por favor." Fue lo que me dijeron. Se pueden imaginar como ya estábamos. Cuando me entregan la orden le cuestiono a la empleada a que hora abren el servicarro y me dice que a las 5:30. Eran casi las 6:30 cuando ordenamos y prácticamenteestaba vacío. Le dije que tenían que abrir mas temprano ya que constantemente te hacen esperar en el estacionamiento para entregar la orden. A lo que ella respondió que es que hoy llegó tarde más también llegó el camión de entrega. Parece que llega tarde todos los días porque siempre te mandan al estacionamiento. Para colmo de males, cuando llegamos al sitio donde íbamos a comernos la orden fue que nos dimos cuenta de que estaba incompleta. Faltaban las tostadas, el sirup de los hot cake y unos cubiertos. Lamentablemente para mi este restaurant me queda más cerca que el Burger King ya que prefiero el criollo del BK mil veces antes que el de McDonald's. El BK me queda fuera de ruta. McDonald's de Puerta de Tierra....TIENEN QUE ORGANIZARSE. NO SIRVEN. Y NO VUELVO. ME "JARRRRTÉ" (hablando a lo boricua)...

Food was giving to me cold.. and service was slow my order sat on the bypass waiting to be pick up... the automatic order machine had a hard time .... and the worker don't bother to help or even look to see if anyone is having difficulty... when you walk to counter to order food they just point to the machine and don't even tell you anything.. I had to ask for help from other customers .. which is say when they had 8 worker behind the counter will never go there again to that specific spot..... just for the record McDonald's place are normally...
