Munchie Burger — Restaurant in San Juan

I came in with two people. There were only two other customers here. We arrived just before 11 PM. We ordered sliders & 2 Turkey burgers. We just got our food at 11:50 PM. We kept asking the waitress how much longer & she kept saying it's about to come out now. 15 min later, still no food. We ask again, same answer, same result. Then we finally get the food and it was mediocre at best. Maybe they had a new cook? Not sure, but we were highly disappointed with everything. Will not be returning here again. Although $21 isn't much, it's more than I was willing to pay for 3 mediocre sliders, 1 frappe, & 1 water. My friends weren't happy with their food & service either so I had to leave a review. They said they could've made better tasting food at home. We could've spent our money on a place with better service & food like at the Ola Restaurant in Vanderbilt hotel. Slightly more expensive (depending on the dish), but well worth what you pay. I'm hoping it was just that the cook & staff just had a bad day. horrible service, lousy drink, No alcohol, just fruit juice. There were 4 of us, the 2 people we were with got served their meal, ours came 20 mins later when our family were done eating , a small cheeseburger and order of onion rings- 3 burnt onion rings came out to us, tried to say this is unacceptable and tried to return them and waiter said no, you must keep them then decided as we went to eat our cheeseburger, he said i’m taking that away and took our burger, left us with no food…argued in Spanish with my brother in law at the table. Worst service ever. Never ever have been treated so horrible at a restaurant in my many many years of traveling.. terrible place… don’t go…This Place should be shut down. No customer service. Customers are a bother to them. No wonder why there is a doorman letting people in and out because otherwise people would walk out on their meals. Shut this place down. First I tried it I got the veggie burger. I wasn't impressed with the patty. It was completely fallen apart on the bun. The flavor was decent. The fries were extremely soft, like barely done. I didn't want to return however my daughter loved her bacon sliders. She wanted to return tonight 6.4.21. She ordered her bacon sliders and an additional bacon cheese burger. I decided I'd try the veggie wrap. Per their menu, it should have, avacado, spring mix, crispy onions, sautéed mushrooms, tomatoes and swiss cheese. What I received in a wrap was romaine, grilled onion and sautéed mushrooms 🙄. Unfortunately I didn't discover this until we returned to our hotel 1.5 mi away, which we walked. I called immediately and was told if I can come back up there they'll refund me. The problem is they closed in 30 and I had no way up there without paying and waiting for a cab/uber. On another sour note we tried to get there cheesecake 2x. Each visit we were told no cheesecake today. I'm even sure they actually sale cheesecake at this point.
