Sensory delivered one of the most memorable dining experiences I’ve had in a long time. From the moment we sat down, Viviana—our phenomenal waitress—set the tone with her warm energy and expert recommendations. She didn’t just take our order; she guided us through the menu like a culinary storyteller, answering every question and sharing insider details about the restaurant’s concept.
We kicked things off with the Duck Arancini—think an elevated fritura but silkier and more decadent, with a creamy, rich center that melts in your mouth. Next came the Gin Sensory Experience—four cocktails that felt more like art than drinks. Each one was beautifully crafted, and Jorge from the bar personally presented them, breaking down every ingredient and technique like a true mixology masterclass.
For mains, we went big with the Pork Belly and Dragon Noodles—both absolute must-haves. The pork belly was melt-in-your-mouth perfection, while the noodles packed flavor and heat that danced on the palate. And then, the grand finale: a Flaming Tembleque that brought drama, flair, and the perfect sweet ending to our night.
Sensory is more than just dinner—it’s an experience. Bold flavors, next-level cocktails, and unforgettable service. 10/10 recommend if you’re ready for a...

Sensory delivers on many fronts — the food was absolutely delicious, and the service was excellent with attentive and friendly staff throughout the night. The decor is modern, dark (in a stylish and cozy way), and the overall ambiance feels upscale and inviting.
Drinks were good, though not particularly memorable, and the wine selection could definitely use more variety to match the level of the rest of the experience.
The biggest drawback was the music — it was way too loud. Even after requesting a table as far from the speakers as possible, we still found ourselves raising our voices just to talk. It made conversation difficult and detracted from an otherwise elegant atmosphere.
Pricing is on the higher end, but understandable given the setting and overall experience. With a better approach to music volume and a refreshed wine list, this place could easily be a...
Read moreNot a 5 star place. 4 of us dining and it took awhile for the waiter to get to us. Then the drinks took awhile. 1 drink was missing. The we ordered 3 apps, the duck arancino, katso sando bites, and the tomato salad. The sando bites we tasty (not hot but warm in temp, not my pref), and the duck was a salty rice ball with no taste (yuck) and the tomato salad had crushed ice and a frozen tomato. WHAT!! the salad was an arugula salad with 4 grape tomatoes. That's not a tomato salad. When we told the waiter, he said he never had complaints and that's how it is!! Please don't give me BS. Do you want crushed ice in your "tomato salad" with a grape tomato that's frozen? If you do file here lol. This isn't fine dining. I dine at 5 star restaurants and this place is faking it. Go elsewhere and save your money. This is not...
