Food and coffee is delicious.
I did not give them 5 stars because of the experience.
If you’d like to eat and have coffee from here, I suggest you don’t go in person. You’re better off ordering from UberEats. Today I was the second person to walk in. Ended up waiting, no lie, 45 minutes for ONE sandwich. Apparently the kitchen prioritizes UberEats orders. As I was waiting for my ONE sandwich, I saw 5 UberEats orders go out.
45 minutes for one ham, egg, and cheese sandwich. The couple that walked in before me, their very first customers of the day, were still waiting on their order when I left.
Imagine being the first customers and waiting 50 minutes or more for some pancakes and a sandwich while 5 to 6 UberEats orders are flying off.
So customer tip: don’t come here in person, stay home and order in UberEats
Management Tip: if you’re reading this, prioritize the food orders of your customers that are in your store. UberEats orders, they’re comfortably waiting at home or their hotel room, they can wait. Your in store customers should come first.
Or just close the store down and become solely a delivery business. But making the very second person who walks into your place wait 45 minutes for a sandwich while orders are flying out the door like I don’t matter is not a good look and makes me not ever want to come back.
I’m not a tourist by the way,...

Read moretoday i spent $10.45 ($8.45 incl ivu + $2 propina) for two 12 oz tepid, gritty cafe mochas. this was criminal. the barista spent all of 10-seconds whisking the chocolate powder scoop that was used to create the mocha aspect. (the majority of the powder rested at the bottom of the cup like sllt in a river). i've had hotter steamed milk that had been sitting on a booth table at your local ihop for a 10-hour shift than what was in today's cup. on God, this café don juan location should have PAID US for the travesty they served as "cafe mochas" today.
this experiemce was hella disappointing because for months (2019 to 2020) i would come here 2x-4x a week (mon - fri) and have the best cafe mochas, chai lattes, and sweet loafs. am hoping if we ever return to this location that we have the...
