Leslie’s Taqueria — Restaurant in San Luis Obispo

This is a great lil hidden gem of a taco truck. I always got a good vibe from the man who runs the register and today he affirmed my assumptions. After accidentally charging me full price for my burrito, he ran the difference to me in my truck after he realized it was burrito Thursday and should have been discounted for the special of the day. It really shows his genuine good character to run it out to me like that. Anyhow, the food is great! Their red salsa has a nice kick and their meat is cleaned well so you don’t get those nasty little grisly pieces like so many other taquerias. On tuesdays they do taco Tuesday and the tacos are way fatter than the place that does taco tuesdays on foothill. Like they didn’t skimp at all the tacos were fat even on the discount day. As a regional truck driver, I eat a lot of food in the area but this place is always my go to if I can catch them when they are at Campus Bottle. Thanks again you guys run a clean taco truck. Keep up the good work and the guy at the register is great....

We were lucky enough to bring in Leslie's Taqueria for a rugby game tailgate I was hosting in SLO. Not only was the food amazing, they were very kind and communicative throughout the entire process (from initial contact thru the end of the event). They brought the food truck, set up early, and did not disappoint! We had tacos or burritos for 150 people and rave reviews all-around. Options included: Carnitas, Carne Asada, Chicken, & Grilled Veggies, plus chips & salsas. It was all absolutely delicious & what made it even better were the gracious owners....

I was going to the liquor store to grab a six pack when I smelled this amazing smell. So I went over and looked at the menu and noticed the Birria tacos with melted cheese inside and it also came along with this fantastic dip. I took one bite and I was hooked.
