This has to be, without a doubt, the best pizza we've had in ages. We were a little skeptical seeing all those glowing reviews after just a few days of being open, but 👏🏼 let 👏🏼 me 👏🏼 tell 👏🏼 you 👏🏼 it was totally worth the treasure hunt!
Idk about anyone else but we were lossssst. I took a screenshot of the location (it’s right next to the Disney Store) because for whatever reason, Google Maps had me, a “hangry starvation mode mom fresh off a 9am to 6pm wrestling tournament” 👹 going in circles trying to find it. Had us at the complete opposite end next to Valentino & Neiman Marcus 😭 the Offspring is an InstaFoodie scout 🥹and requested to eat here prior to the tournament commencing so I know he was looking forward to it after all that adrenaline dumping.
The food was phenomenal, and the family-friendly atmosphere made us feel so welcomed. Brenden and Mr. Rico (I am terrible with names so I apologize ahead of time if I somehow managed to fabricate and embed these names into my brain 🫥) really spoiled us with their upcoming Jalapeño Ranch and Herb Ranch sauces created by their lovely wives. We couldn’t stop raving about everything we tried! The Spinach Chicken Alfredo Pizza was devoured in no time since it was the first one out 😅, and we did our best with the Buffalo Bill Pizza but still ended up bringing home a good amount. My kid polished it off as soon as we got home and even shared a few slices with the little ones 😂.
We can’t wait to make this our go-to spot when we’re in San Marcos at the outlets, and we’ll definitely be recommending it to everyone we know! Truly look forward to seeing their progression and the amazingly creative cuisine they will share...

We came to San Antonio from Houston for a little getaway, and the night before, we had dinner at a fancy restaurant that set us back over $200… which left us more frustrated than full. The next day, we walked into Brico’s Pizza Kitchen just hoping for something decent, but what we found was something special.
Right away, you could feel the difference. Rico, the owner, came out to greet us, and in a world where owners hide in the back, this guy made us feel like old friends. Humble, welcoming, and clearly passionate about what he’s building.
Usually, you get either good food or good service. Rarely both. But this place nailed both effortlessly.
And we have to give a huge shoutout to Naledi, who helped us build our pizza from scratch. She was incredibly patient with our order, checked on us while we ate, and treated us like family. Her energy alone made the whole visit better.
The food? Legit delicious. Crispy, flavorful crust. Toppings that actually taste fresh. No shortcuts.
We didn’t expect to leave San Antonio amped up about a pizza shop, but this was hands down the best experience we had on our trip. If you’re ever in the area, skip the overpriced spots. Go to Brico’s. You’ll remember the food,...
