Love Buzz — Local services in San Marcos

As much as I love the clothes, I hate the way they do business during covid. Shopped there one day and couldn’t try things on because they’re fitting rooms were closed. I didn’t like the item that I bought because I couldn’t try it on. I go to return the item and I get thrown for a loop for 30 minutes on if I can or cannot return something. No ones on the same page, sales associates don’t have autonomy to make decisions, and there’s not any room for leeway when customers make a mistake based on the stores business practice.

Associate was late to open the store and when I actually found a hockey jersey I liked, I waited at the register for several minutes where he was nowhere in sight. He took a personal phone call outside and told us he was busy and would be in a few minutes later. I decided to leave and bought a few things from the competition down the street— came back to buy the thing I originally wanted and he wasn’t willing to knock a few $ off of the jersey.
