Probably one of the worst curbside orders I've ever had with McDonald's. Placed My order through the app, and when I went there I knew I'd wait a few minutes. The car next to me, which arrived after me, is brought a bag of food and one drink. Which was consistent to what I had ordered. I popped my head out the window to ask the associate if there's any status of my meal, and she said she'd check. At that same moment, person in the car next to me lowers the window and ask me if this is my food? If my name was Matthew? Sure enough, that was my food that he was given. Clearly on the bag it said stall three, but this customer was in stall two. When I asked the associate why my food was given to the wrong person, she replied that she thought it was the person in the first space, but I told her clearly it said place three and You gave it to the person at two. She didn't have a reply, and this just irritates me so much that the associate did not care to check to make sure she was giving the right food to the right person. What if that person had not been honest?

Then we get home, and my order is wrong. Granted I should have checked it while I was there, but in the tags on the food themselves, there were different order numbers. I can't believe that quality control has gone...

A single star is way too generous for this location! While passing through, my husband and I stopped here for lunch. I’d never had a QP before and decided to try it for the first time and was immediately taken back on how GREASY the bag and box were. It wasn’t until i bit into the burger (while driving) that I noticed the burger was completely RAW! This video does not adequately convey how disgusting this was! I walked in and spoke the manager on duty who was completely dismissive and straight up rude! I began to pull the burger apart to show him and saw another employee mouth to someone else “there will be more coming back.” He asked if he could recook it to which i refused because i couldn’t fathom eating anything else. He literally grabbed the box, tossed it in the trash and walked off from the register! Another employee came and apologized and I asked for refund but the manager came back and stated that because I didn’t have the original card that i used on the mobile app, there was nothing he could do. I literally had to BEG him for his name AND the number to corporate. I left messages with Corporate and STILL haven’t heard anything back! This happened June 1st! Will definitely be escalating my grievances if I don’t hear from...
