Walked in in the only one In the store. 1 person manning the front at 615pm on Tuesday one of their busiest days while 4-5 other employees sat in the back chatting.
Within a minute of my order 5 more people walked in but none of the 4-5 employees in back came up to help so the 1 loan guy I. Front has to take all 5 other orders before finally starting mine.
What should have been a in & out stop for 1 simple pizza took nearly 20 minutes because the employees in the back decided they didn’t need to help despite 6 door chimes and a lobby full of customers.
There’s lots of other low reviews matching my experience. The management of this location needs to either staff better or start holding the lazy teenagers they seem too keep around despite the multiple complaints about wait times accountable.
How much business is this location loosing because of long waits lazy employees combined with over priced pizza!

Read moreI’m astounded. Absolutely astounded when I called and talked to the manager just now and told him the last two times that we ordered pizza from him. We ended up throwing it out. The barbecue chicken would leave huge chunks of basically unchewed cheese in our mouth and the sauce was terrible. That’s happened the last two times and do you know what he said and I “well all right then“ and he hung up. I will never order from this Papa Murphy’s before and we’ve been buying there for years. Haven’t been always so satisfied. It was our favorite place. I can’t believe a manager would say “all right then“ and hang up when I told him we threw out two family size pizzas the last time we ordered because the pizzas were so terrible. The manager heard my sigh and asked if something was wrong on the pizza and before I could even tell him that it was my fault he was offering to help.
