TLDR-I ordered online so I wouldn’t have to wait. They went out of their way to make sure my order was the very last to be ready. Even after orders from customers arriving after me! Even after the drive-thru! Literally very very last. This is gonna sound like I’m a Karen and I apologize, but everything is true. I ordered through the app so it would be hopefully be ready when I got there, 3pm. I show up at the pick-up time and there’s 4 people in line. I go up to the express pickup and someone asks if I ordered online. I show my order and she says, “Sorry we don’t have your order ready yet.” The place is busy, my order isn’t ready, it happens-no big deal, so I take a seat to wait patiently. 3-4 people working. Another customer comes in after me, making it now 5 in line, plus me. After the original 4 customers are served and have left, for some reason it drops to only 1 person making sandwiches. The manager started restocking the chips. Another employee grabbed a drink and sat at a table, and another disappeared somewhere. Here’s the problem- they made ALL the other subs before mine. The customer that came in after me was served before my order was made. While my order was being made, she stopped in the middle of making it to make a drive-thru order! This is the exact opposite of what I expected when ordering online since the only reason to order online is so you don’t have to wait. It would have been faster if I just ordered like normal. I get it, them being slammed is out of their control, but purposefully delaying an online order until there’s literally no one else in line at all, not even in the drive thru while there are other employees not helping to make sandwiches….come on,...
Read moreUPDATE 2 YEARS LATER I decided to try this location again, 2 years later, as it’s on my daily drive. This location still suffers from the exact same problems listed below. Sad to know they don’t care enough to improve their location. If you must get subway drive to the one on 106th and state or 90th and state. Avoid this location at all costs.
Original review: Over the last three months I've had customer service and quality issues from this location every single visit. I keep going back hoping that the problem will be solved but unfortunately it's only getting worst. The staff is friendly but inadequately trained. The veggies are the saddest veggies. The over all quality of the completed sandwich is extremely poor. Typically smashed flat and half the amount of veggies and meat as what the other locations use. I will never go to this location again - I'd rather drive out of my way to the Jimmy Johns that is...
Read moreIt's really bad, the staff is rude with everyone. We had a couple in front of us with two kids and they bought two Kid's meal that comes with a ticket for the Marry Poppins movie and they doesn't have the tiket on store (or the staff didn't knew how to do it). The guy who was talking with the woman was being really rude and saying that he was tired and he didn't know anything and that he couldn't do anything for her, and she could call the owner if she wanted. That was really bad because they're just made what was supposed to be good and a gift for the kids become a bad and stressful night for this family. I don't know what happened after, but I know they are not the only Subway store on the neighborhood, and the other ones and pretty good so I'll not be coming here again. I don't recommend this...
