I've only visited twice. Total different experiences from staff. As an establishment, it's an awesome ambiance with a fun spread of choices. It feels like you discovered something new and cutting edge...looking for who you can invite for the next time to share the discovery. Great wines and the miniture cup cakes are delightful. With staff, first visit was with Nora. It was a weeknight. She was very welcoming and added to our experience with strong knowledge of her products and taking time to converse and enter into our world. We couldn't wait to return and did with special guest to share our discovery of Brix & Mortar. Second visit on a wkn night...a little disappointing. For a name, let me use...Not-Nora. We arrived a little after 7 and the first action by staff was to check her watch for the time. We were thinking 45-50 min would be plenty of time to enjoy the experience and get out by 8. It was, but the watch check diminished the welcoming portion. We have no difficulties in choosing a flight, but for adventure I asked if she could pick her favorites. Obvious hesitation, 'well I can'? Missed the moment! On her behalf, she was not rude... And she was not close to a Nora. It would give me pause for a 3rd visit...without learning Nora's schedule. Awesome place, wine and ambiance. Staff...

We were lucky to get some comfy seats where we sat just thirty minutes before they closed up for the night. Noticed the do a mimosa flare for $15 in which you can test the five flavors in what looks like one once servings - mango, pineapple, cranberry, orange and grapefruit. The table to the right of us had three servings of this which can become pricey but more...
Read moreThis precious gem is a must! I went on a first date here tonight. We wanted to have a cozy place to be able to hear each other talk and have a glass of wine, and it didn't disappoint. I had the hummus to snack on, which was pretty good and quite filling. The Olivia wine was the perfect taste of sweetness that gives you a nice buzz. We also ordered the mango and pineapple mimosas. The music selection offered a nice variety of artists, which made the ambiance even better. I'm looking forward to coming back in the...
