I placed an order out for delivery through the Wingstop website. To make a long story short Tim who is one of the managers at the Wingstop at 1633 Rinehart Rd remade my order & personally delivered it to me. Literally. Why?! Because the DoorDash delivery guy (Kyle) ended up giving my order to someone. On top he refused to answer my calls. And by the time Kyle dropped the order he had given to the wrong people Tim was already on his way with my fresh remade order. Kyle didn’t have the decency to give me face. So I called the store on Rinehart where I had place my online order & Tim answered. We spoke, I explained what was going on & happened. Tim told me how sorry he was to hear what happened & proceed to let me know that he would not only remake my order but personally deliver it to me. I offered to come pick it up but he refused. I had been sick for the last two days & I was finally ready to eat some food. I was craving Wingstop. I feel so grateful for Tim & his great customer service. I, myself am a supervisor & work in customer service. It’s not always easy. Especially when you have customers that are rude & have no manners. Especially the ones that feel entitled. Tim did what I do on a daily for my customers. We NEED more people like you Tim. And we as customers need to be more understanding & caring. Thank you again Tim. Read moreI called my order in at 11:20 am for pickup at 1:15pm. My order was not ready. The manager Michael advised it would be 2 minutes. We waited for 20 minutes all to receive the wrong order. I advise him that it was wrong. He stated that he threw away food already for my order when I do not know how that is possible when I called in advance. I just told him to refund one combo which was mine due to him blaming me for throwing away food. They issued a refund but gave me a partial refund. I called the store and waited on the phone for 15 minutes before he came to the phone. He proceeds to tell me that I can comeback tomorrow. I told Michael I was outside and would like to receive my full refund. When I arrived in the store, he stated that he would give ne 2 Dollars which was not the full refund amount that was needed. I advised the manager to get my proper change. He became upset because I spoke to his employees. He threw my refund on the counter. I say down and told him I was not accepting that and to give it to me in my hand. The manager was upset and escorted me out of the store after I received my proper refund. Nice atmosphere. I was on my 30 minute lunch break so I thought I’d make a simple order for a chicken sandwich combo. Quick…right? Not for this place. It took them just over 20 minutes to get the order out and by that time I was done. I wanted to cancel my order which I paid cash for. So I was thinking let me cancel my order and get out of there since now most of my break was over. Get my refund and be on my way..right? Nope the “acting manager on duty was so incorrectly trained she didn’t even know how to give a refund!!! ARE YOU SERIOUS!!! It took her another 15 minutes on the phone with another location to even complete that task. What is with these establishments rushing to open up and not properly train their employees.
