Starbucks — Restaurant in Sanford

As a former employee I can honestly say, who trained your employees? They are by no means up to Starbucks standards. I asked the barista that called out my drink just to confirm I was getting what I ordered - an iced coffee with almond milk and classic syrup - she announced iced coffee with almond milk and sugar. Now if you go to Starbucks outside of target stores you know that several types of sweeteners are available, classic syrup is sugar yes but it is liquified sugar rather than crystallized sugar which I didn’t want, I wanted liquid sugar that would easily blend with my coffee and almond milk, not sugar that wouldn’t melt due to my coffee being iced. However, when I tried to confirm she snapped back that they call classic syrup, sugar. Customer service from this particular barista was less than stellar to say the least. AVOID THIS PLACE! The customer service is horrendous. They don't greet you or smile. When you ask for something, they react without confirming or thanking you. The last two times I came here (wanted to give it a second chance), they got my latte completely wrong. And when I stated that it did not taste right, they huddled together, whispered and re-did it without apologizing or confirming they were going to do new one. AND it didn't even taste like they put espresso in it.

It's sad that people don't take pride in their work. If you don't like your job (this is America right?), find another one, especially one that pays...

I highly recommend to not go here , I found a plastic thing of whatever in my drink that I was choking on& I had to pull it out bc of how long it was I think a peice got stuck. If u don’t wanna get hurt don’t go here. the girl at the register this day that made my drink she not only was rude but seemed like she didn’t care to help me when I asked her what she suggested & her attitude was off.
