Baskin-Robbins — Restaurant in Santa Clara

Been a life long costumer at Baskin-Robbins but after our last experience at this location that's going to change. My husband went in asking for our usual ice cream cake, the reps provided him with the said cake, I tasted the cake and it was not what he was told it was. So we immediately take it back where the manager tried to convince my husband the cake is what he asked for but when he let her knows that we did a taste try she got flustered saying she doesn't know what to do and maybe she needs to call the owner but then refusing to call the owner. We spent $56.00 on the cake but she reimbursed us with 2 small ice cream containers where I would've been satisfied with a store credit. Purchased 2 large cappuccino blasts, 1 lg mint chip shake. $26. The drinks were so watered down, they were hardly sweet. I bought for some co-workers so had to go back to work. I called the number on the receipt which ended up being corprate. Corporate said they would have the store contact me. 3 weeks later the manager blamed me and said i called the wrong number. She couldn't trust me and why did it take me so long. I said i call the number on the receipt provided on the same day of purchase. Pleasant Location

The franchise as this location were fortunate to get the corner. Although the site itself is somewhat hidden, it's fairly obvious in the square at the end of the parking lot.

The staff are helpful, but sometimes distant. I would hedge that working in an environment that requires the shop to be cold, might cause the attitude to be a bit "cold"? I'm sure it's not deliberate.

I've visited this location about 4 times since the re-opening of the strip mall. It's about a mile from my home and a good compliment to the many restaurants and shops...
