Panda Express — Restaurant in Santa Clara

On my recent visit to Panda Express on Mission College Blvd in Santa Clara, I used my coupon that I received for doing a survey on my last visit there. The coupon was for a Free Small Entree with a purchase of a 2-entree plate. Which is exactly what I bought. One of my entree items that I picked for this "free entree" was the Honey Walnut Shrimp which I think is great and like to get as a small treat sometimes. In the fine print of the coupon, it states that there is "No additional charge for premium entree". Which is why I even added on the Honey Walnut Shrimp to begin with. Upon checking out I was telling the lady at the register that I was going to use the coupon. She scanned it and assured me everything was correct. Before I walked out I reviewed the receipt and saw that I was still being charged the $1.25 for the premium item. After a lot of back and forth with the cashier and this other person she called over, I ended up being told that it doesn't work that way despite it clearly written on the coupon.

This marketing of the coupon is deceitful and while the amount of money it cost me really isn't a lot, it's the principle of it that annoys me. Your team promised a gift of free small entree, but then didn't honor the fine print you yourself wrote onto it.

Also their portion sizes are smaller than other Panda Expresses...

I order white rice, shrimp, and mushroom chicken, I told them its almost empty and dry, so they cook new one when the server scoop it I saw it only suchini and mushroom and I saw it only vegetable when he scoop it, I said no meat and he's like deaf he don't even put meat, and he go to cashier right away and ring me up..mostly workers in that panda are not a good server, they only give you a little food and expensive then after they ring the total they will ask you if you want to give a dollar for donation..no good customer service, they always in a hurry even not bz, the food are dry and almost empty and they don't cook before its get empty, then they will scrape the left over and put it in your order, they have attitude..were not going back there again, they need more training...

Yesterday my mom went to this panda and an employee made fun of my mom asking to get me more teriyaki chicken and a employee whoever was giving the ppl the food her and the cook just laughed at my mom all cause she asked them for more meat which I thought was messed up they gave me more rice than chicken so the next time u come here do not expect to get good service unless ur Asian since we are Mexicans they will not cater to the Mexicans who aren’t from Mexico but will treat u like complete dirt and whoever that employee is who was working there is very unprofessional and should be fired immediately cause she was rude and mean...
