Starbucks — Restaurant in Santa Clara

For someone who does not visit Starbucks more than twice a year, this place is conveniently located for students nearby and for movie go'ers. Personally, was only there to meet a former co-worker. I have nothing great or critical about this specific location. Don't know how anyone can profess love or hatred for this Starbucks in general other than for reasons relating to business ethics. Had tea that had too much ice, but that's business as usual for a corporation - charge as much as possible while providing as little product as possible. Bought it to justify use of one of their seats, but would never visit just to consume a product unless I was desperate. Starbucks is now like the McDonald's of beverages. Nice effort with the ready-to-go meals, but still not buying unless at an airport where everything else is closed or nothing is available. Empty calories, sugar, the ice trick,...

For as small of a location as this one is I can appreciate the fact it has so many places to sit and so many plugs! This is the first location I have been to that has as many outlets as this one does, its almost 1 to every table!!

Bad side is its freezing in here....its already cold outside, why must you freeze your customers? To walk outside and find that you are warmer out there in the 43 degree weather than you are in your local starbucks is crazy. It has nothing to do with the door and everything to do with the fact they have the ac on and blowing like crazy! :( Very dissapointing as I frequent many other locations all the time and this has been the coldest.

Staff was friendly and made my drink rather quickly to my specs. Great location, but parking can be a bit tough if you don't get here early...

Shame on this location for giving Pathetic customer service. Specially the girl Sandra. Never seen any barista in any of the Starbucks as rude & insulting as her. My wife is a regular customer at this location, they messed up her order today, upon calling them they told that we can go back and they'll remake it for us. When I went there to pick up the coffee for my wife, the lady sandra behaved like I was a thief or a beggar & was very insulting in her tone. She told me that she is doing a big favor for me and she cannot make the way I wanted. She forgot that my wife paid for it 15 mins back and it was not given free to her.
