I was told by an employee and manager that I couldn't have my psychiatric service dog inside with me. The manager stated that I had to have paperwork or a vest and tag for her to be allowed inside. This is a direct violation of ADA law. I informed the manager that I am not legally required to furnish paperwork as proof and that they are only allowed to ask if she is indeed a service dog, and what task she is trained to perform. His rebuttal was "I know its hot but its sad when people like you use that as an excuse to bring dogs in, but here I'll ring you up". The manager was clearly discriminating against me with a predisposed judgment of who I am based off of appearance with me being young woman with vibrantly colored hair, tattoos, piercings and walk and talk fine. My disability is still a very real one though, despite that I look healthy. I set down what I was going to purchase and walked out while the manager uttered snide and sarcastic remarks as I left in front of a crowd of people. I will be pursuing legal action against the manager for defamation of character and discrimination, and won't be purchasing from this location again, and possibly not from company unless their leaders start educating themselves their staff about ADA laws and not allowing staff to treat customers so poorly. Very sad day for all involved, as paris baguette is my favorite bakery, but it is particularly unfortunate for the company as I am a very regular customer who spends an average of $1500+ per month here, and also has a very nasty mean streak with a distinct and unhealthy obsession with unrelenting and creative ways to get back at people...

I had one of the most disappointing experiences at this location. My friend and I ordered the sweet cream cold brew, and was initially told they were out of sweet cream and that it would take a while. That was understandable — delays happen. But when we finally received our drinks, they tasted rancid, as though the sweet cream had gone bad.

We politely went back to the counter just to inform the staff — not asking for a refund or a replacement, simply trying to let them know. Instead of listening, the employee was shockingly rude and dismissive. We were told, “I think you’ve never had cold brew before. It’s the coffee, not the sweet cream.” She refused to even consider the feedback, and the tone was unnecessarily condescending.

The way we were treated was unprofessional and disrespectful. I don’t usually leave reviews, but this experience was truly upsetting. I hope the management takes this seriously and trains their staff better on both quality control and customer...

The women manager on 04/13/24 at 6pm (claimed to be the only one there) was completely impolite and denied giving me a spoon even with purchase. My boyfriend asked for a spoon and she said “we don’t give them out” in which he proceeded to say “do I have to buy something to get one?” and she still proceeded to say no. I guess even as a paying customer you are denied a spoon. Another customer asked for a spoon prior to purchasing a large cake and she proceeded to say “we don’t give out spoons for cakes.” That’s absolutely ridiculous! The manager caused annoyance, inconvenience, needless anxiety, and made us very upset, and argued for a good 7 minutes to me about denying me utensils. The manager didn’t display courtesy or kindness at all, and I’m highly dissatisfied and disappointed, left the store in tears. I left feedback on the actual website, hoping they do something about the...

Nationwide Paris Baguette can warm up my croissant but the lady here is extremely unprofessional. First they charges us and then said can’t be warmed up. Had she told us earlier it was fine. Then she also said there is a sign that says can’t warm up. Which clearly isn’t there. Then she said that there is a traniee so can’t refund. So dear owner of this store. Please train your staff or put proper and absolute accurate signs. The contradiction of their talk and the signs that are already there is hilarious. I don’t know how is the staff so unprofessional for such a nationwide chain. Extremely rude and ready to pick a fight. Attaching pics for reference. Nowhere does it say that specific items can’t be warmed up. Retrain your staff pls who said there is a sign for “can’t warm up” and clearly mention this, failing to do so be open to a refund. if you can’t meet a nationwide Paris baguette standard

I ordered a few items from this bakery for a birthday celebration: a chocolate hazelnut cake with Nutella, a cappuccino cake, and a croissant donut with Nutella. Overall, the taste was alright, but I wasn’t really blown away. The donut was a bit disappointing—it was served cold and lacked that rich Nutella flavor you’d expect, especially since it’s named after it. If you're going to call something a "Nutella" donut, it shouldn't feel like you're skimping on the main ingredient. As for the cakes, they were decent. I preferred the chocolate hazelnut one over the cappuccino. The frosting on the cappuccino cake tasted off the next day—I actually had to scrape it off. The chocolate cake was better, but again, the Nutella flavor just didn’t come through strongly, which made me wonder if it was barely there. Not terrible, but not something I’d rush back for.

Disappointed. Had high hopes coming here to get a little dessert this evening and left very disappointed. Table was dirty and had to clean it off myself. Fruit Tart had a good flavor but the crust almost broke my plastic fork. Cheesecake was good. Originally went in for creme brulee and was told they don't serve it at this location. So make sure you know that before going! Also, wanted a decaf cappuccino and was told they "no longer serve decaf." Their hours said they closed at 9 pm, but we were kicked out at 8 pm. Employee said if we want to stay we would have to sit outside (in the cold). The kicker was my drink! I ordered a Lavender Matcha Frappe... it had ZERO lavender. Unfortunately I will not be coming back to this location.
