Arby's — Restaurant in Santa Fe

Stopped by here while on vacation. While the guy working the register was very friendly. The entire order was messed up. Placed a order for a Ruben combo large with curly fries. Plus a extra Ruben and small drink. To eat there. Only recieved one Ruben, which was dry as all get out. Second sandwich was given a turkey bacon ranch..by the wrappers name. Was no ranch on it, maybe 1.5 pieces of bacon. Curly fries were good due to the fact the cashier put down fresh ones. Was handed a bag instead of a tray, like we were being told to eat somewhere else. It was freezing in the lobby area where my dad was waiting on me for us to eat. Multiple tables needed to be wiped off. While we were the only ones in there. The tables atleast...

Left a one star becuse you can't leave a negative. Got a email about 2 beef and cheddar for 5 dollars. Get to restaurant. And the dont use coupon here. So went to get a burger. How do they stay open???? No one is ever there....so round 2. Email for 5 for 5 roast beef...this place should be shut down. Rather have a used car lot than this place. Online orders are a mess according to manager. So just avoid at all cost. And no one even really cares about it. Got a response from some corporate dummy. And link isn't even valid....EASYER to...

Wish I didn’t have to give even one star for this review. My husband and I went to Arby’s on a Saturday morning (12-30-23) right after they opened and when I walked in to place the order I was told that they had nothing ready. I saw only two people there and the man said nothing was ready, that they had nothing. How do you run a business like that? How do you go into work and not have things ready to go for when you open? Did the employees show up and not do anything?...
