Gracias Madre — Restaurant in Santa Fe

My wife and I found this place during our first night in Santa Fe. I searched for Mexican food near our hotel and when we saw the photo of the vegetarian menu, we were out the door! We were a bit surprised to learn that it was a food truck and not a brick and mortar restaurant, but went for it anyway. We received our orders promptly and with a smile. The food was incredible! People were outstandingly nice . Food? Their pulled pork sandwich sucked. It was chewy and more like sliced than pulled. That, fries, and a coke cost me $17 ish.
