My wife and I found this place during our first night in Santa Fe. I searched for Mexican food near our hotel and when we saw the photo of the vegetarian menu, we were out the door! We were a bit surprised to learn that it was a food truck and not a brick and mortar restaurant, but went for it anyway. We received our orders promptly and with a smile. The food was incredible! Both her veggie wrap and my barbacoa burrito were filled with fresh ingredients and an incredible mix of spices. The heat was there, but did not overwhelm. People were outstandingly nice . Food? Their pulled pork sandwich sucked. It was chewy and more like sliced than pulled. That, fries, and a coke cost me $17 ish.
