I ordered using the mobile app minutes before arriving and marked start order asap on the app. I arrived at the store went in to the order pickup line and they took my name and said order will be ready in a few minutes. I was 1 of 2 customers actually inside the store. I waited about 10 minutes then an older Mexican lady came in and ordered in Español (Yo hablo y entiendo Español tambien.) She ordered and then questioned the employee about the ,"free pepsi program here en Español" the lady ordered several items and was charged almost nothing or nothing (they obviously knew her and didn't charge her for what she ordered and give away free food.) They IMMEDIATELY brought her the order and I received dirty looks from the employee because she could tell I was listening and understanding what was going on at this point.) I waited until 5 minutes snd asked about my order again and they said they forgot it! Then 2 minutes later it appeared in a very tightly sealed bag and i asked if everything was inside including hot sauce and napkins which they answered yes. The app showed that it took 16 minutes to complete an order. I saw at least half a dozen cars go through the drive through and get their orders during this time. I live like 2 minutes away and when i opened the bag at home, the food was all cold, it had been sitting there for probably 15 minutes no hot sauce or napkins either. I once got food poisoning from this location before and was stone walled with a bunch of bullshit tests that are not effective after 24 hours, so legal told me get lost. The owners here of this franchise are greedy and if you aren't hispanic they hate on you. I will go to the other locations not close from now on because they always have some problem here. Not to mention they let homeless people sit in the pickup line and beg each customer that comes by. The portions here at this location are terrible as other reviews have pointed out and the owner coached them to make the fillings skimpy and almost non existant in many cases. If they are out of something that you ordered online they dont tell you and just stuff the cheap plain chips and cheese or cinnamon twists in the bag and hope you don't check. One of the worst managed locations I have ever been too. If you can't get Taco Bell right as the Corporation sets it up, you really suck and that is definitely the case here at this location. Read moreThis place does not follow the posted and advertised hours. I don't give bad reviews, so I won't start now. I walk past this location on my way to work every morning at about 5m after 8am. The first time last week the doors were locked even though the sign says open at 7am. Luckily an employee was taking out the trash and I asked and he let me in. There were no more problems until Friday morning at 8:05am. Doors locked and when an employee saw me through the window she rudely shook her head. What was more appalling was another guy was there waiting outside and he said he had an 8am interview. So this employee wouldn't come to the door to let me in and order, but she also wouldn't even come let the potential new employee in to interview. Can you imagine losing out on talent because you don't want to be bothered to do your job and serve people inside? They were serving the drive through just fine - so why discriminate against those of us without cars? I really hope a manager sees this and recognizes that if you say you are open inside at 7am, then you make sure you are open inside at 7am. A little late getting started, I understand - but it was more than an hour later! It was rude and felt really discriminatory towards a lower class that doesn't own a car and are not allowed to use the drive through. SHAME on you Taco Bell. Read moreIf I was able to put NO stars, that's EXACTLY what I would give this Taco Bell!!! We came through drive-thru and placed our order. I checked our order to make sure everything we ordered was in the bag. Of course we were missing a bean burrito green and one soft taco. I called the manager on the phone, because the drive-thru line was to the street. I was on the phone with the manager Armando for 10 minutes or LONGER. He insisted over and over that what we were missing was in the bag, I my ground telling this manager that we were missing my mother's dinner and that I was NOT going away, until I received the food we were missing and what I had paid for.
