I cannot say enough about this stationary food truck serving authentic Salvadoran food and Mexican street tacos. It is cheap and absolutely delicious. Do yourself a favor and come eat here.

My wife and I shared their 4 Mexican street tacos with pork for $8. What a bargain in this age of Biden inflation! They were so good that I ordered two pupusas. Wow! Superb!

Everything is cooked to order so there is a wait. They are so busy with people picking up their take out they can get backed up. We were there about an hour and at least 40 orders went out. A Salvadoran customer that I was waiting with said the truck has been here for at least four years.

The teenage girl order taker/cashier was delightfully cute. Three older ladies were doing the cooking. It all tastes home made.

Recently, I moved to New Mexico and tried various pupusa places, but I was consistently disappointed as they didn't capture the true taste and texture of authentic pupusas like the ones from Adelitas or El Atlakat. The owner was incredibly friendly, and the prices were reasonable. As soon as I took a bite of their pupusa, I was transported back home. It was perfectly made and absolutely delicious. In fact, my fiancé, who isn't usually a fan of pupusas, couldn't resist and even stole one from my plate. That's how good they were!

My partner and I passed this place on the way to Meow Wolf and noted that we should try it on the way back to the highway. We ALMOST didn’t go. Man am I glad we found it. Hands down was the best meal we ate on our road trip through NM, and we ate A LOT of good food. Not only was the food amazing but the lovely people who run the truck made it special.
