I cannot say enough about this stationary food truck serving authentic Salvadoran food and Mexican street tacos. It is cheap and absolutely delicious. Do yourself a favor and come eat here.
My wife and I shared their 4 Mexican street tacos with pork for $8. What a bargain in this age of Biden inflation! They were so good that I ordered two pupusas. Wow! Superb!
Everything is cooked to order so there is a wait. They are so busy with people picking up their take out they can get backed up. We were there about an hour and at least 40 orders went out. A Salvadoran customer that I was waiting with said the truck has been here for at least four years.
The teenage girl order taker/cashier was delightfully cute. Three older ladies were doing the cooking. It all tastes home made.
The table area is covered with a canopy but you are outside. The parking area is a little rough. But if i lived in Santa Fe I would be here at least weekly. It...

The owner was incredibly friendly, and the prices were reasonable. As soon as I took a bite of their pupusa, I was transported back home. It was perfectly made and absolutely delicious. In fact, my fiancé, who isn't usually a fan of pupusas, couldn't resist and even stole one from my plate. That's how good they were!

Read moreMy partner and I passed this place on the way to Meow Wolf and noted that we should try it on the way back to the highway. We ALMOST didn’t go. Man am I glad we found it. Hands down was the best meal we ate on our road trip through NM, and we ate A LOT of good food. Not only was the food amazing but the lovely people who run the truck made it special. We had the revueltas, chicharrón queso y lorocos, and the calabaza queso pupusas, as well as the plantános refritos. Drooling thinking about it now. The prices are also extremely reasonable. If I lived in Santa Fe it would be a...
