Extremely frustrated and disappointed in service. On my way home from work I stopped to pick up an order my wife placed which she was already frustrated with. She is 9 months pregnant and craving their burgers so we dealt with it. She had to repeat the order back three times. The waitress was laughing and horse playing over the phone with other staff. Very unprofessional and inattentive. The waitress was very rude upon arrival and still horse playing with staff. Was not available at the front for nearly 30 minutes to simply take orders. I finally got my order and began to check it in the building as I have had four previous bad experiences with incorrect orders. I was urged not to check my order in the building which I understood due to COVID-19 protocols. Back home my wife and I noticed the entire order was incorrect with the exception of the patty and buns. I called to notify them and the same waitress was rude and horse-playing over the phone. When I notified her of the mistake she basically called me a liar and demanded I bring the order back. I was frustrated enough to do so but realistically I would have had to drive across town, show it and wait for a new order while my pregnant wife and I were extremely hungry. Not worth it so when I asked for supervisor information she hung up on me. I would call back and she would literally sit by the phone and hang up on me. When I would call to leave a voicemail for a manager she would answer and hang up. While I was on the phone with her she asked her chef who also lied about the order and she also claimed to have checked it. Realistically it’s no big deal, the thing that I’m frustrated with is this is 5 out of 5 times with this same experience with the same waitress. Even that would be fine if she wasn’t so unprofessional and rude. The three previous times we dealt with it, the fourth time we got a refund and this time nothing. Management needs to seriously review their staff and conduct. I work as an essential employee/first responder on front line dealing with covid among many other things and even if the order was good would still have cold food in order to shower and properly store dirty clothing. The fact that the waitress required me to bring my order back in was insane. Read moreHello everyone. Well…. Unfortunately I was unable to give this restaurant the stars it would have deserved if the service was anywhere near what I thought those in the hospitality business were supposed to be like.
I will say the food is wonderful but if you don’t like people STAY AWAY FROM SERVING THEM! Who doesn’t lose their appetite when someone gives you a dirty look at first meeting practically throws the food at you and walks away. (It was a pick up order) Had I wanted to stay to dine, Brenda (hostess none the less)would have made sure to chase me away! I stood by the sign where it states wait to be seated no one…at all came to me. When I found Brenda chatting with the rest of the group in the bar I would have never known she or anyone worked there. I didn’t get out two words before it seemed how terribly inconvenient I made everything seem.
I have worked in various businesses throughout the years where PEOPLE were my business and I have never treated anyone with such disgrace. I will make sure none of my clientele every goes here, nor will I recommend this place to the General Managers of hotels I know to send their guests here either. I’m sorry to the person who has to read this but please take extra care in the hiring process when finding out how your employees will treat others. BTW, yes I know how hard it is to get good help, so maybe this comment should be to the reader who applies for a job where having respect for life is a priority…. DO NOT APPLY to a job that requires kindness or a simple gesture of respect.

My apologies to the line cook or chef because hats off to you but if a person is treated bad as they walk in no one will see the talents of those trying to make people happy by showing their skills. Read moreOur overall experience was not good. We called ahead because we had eight people. They said they had no wait and to come on down. We got there and were told that we now had a 25 to 30 minute wait. We got there within 10 minutes of our phone conversation. They got us seated and took our drink orders. That went fine. The waiter came back and took our food order and seemed to have everything accurate. We got our food and three orders were incorrect. He didn't come back for some time. When he did, we let him know about the incorrect orders and he said that he would have them fixed and take them off our bill. Eventually two of the meals were corrected. However, by that time the food was getting cold. Again we waited for the waiter. When he came back again we told him about the third order which never got resolved. We talked to somebody and they said they were short staffed. However the waiter had no problem frequenting the table behind us with several young women so he could flirt. Besides all the above mentioned problems the food was also not that good. It was bland and unimpressive. We got our bill and nothing had been removed.
