In March I've been here with a nice feeling... But today I came again with my friends and I was shocked how everything changed, changed for the bad side! First - a lady at the front desk meets us with a high attitude without smiling and with a rude question, "how are you"? We politely said hello and answered "good" "thank you" then asked for a table on the veranda overlooking the bay, just like last time! And she, without answering anything, went forward to the balcony without any invitation, but we followed her! When we sat down at the table, she seemed to disappear without any words at all! Ten minutes later the waiter came, didn’t say hello and started asking for our order! Also without any smile! And after we made our order, I asked about fried shrimp and without fried potatoes, to which he replied that unfortunately we only serve them with potatoes! And I tell him that I don’t need potatoes, but only fried shrimp! And so he answered me several times until he agreed and added that the price would be the same as for a full dish with potatoes! I answered him with a huge thank you and asked how many shrimp? He tells me that there are four shrimp! And I answered him, okay! And everything seemed to be great until I asked him to cook two fried eggs for me! And then it all began! He categorically answered me with the word “NO”! We can't cook eggs as they are only cooked for breakfast! I was shocked!!! You would think that they don't have eggs in the refrigerator and that the cook won't be able to cook them!!! And I didn’t argue with him, but asked for a supervisor! And five minutes later, a man comes in an unkempt lame uniform wearing shorts, a T-shirt and smelling of sweat and with gray hair named Brett! And our conversation began immediately in a tense manner! I was outraged by his behavior and the fact that he also refused to cook me two fried eggs! And when he introduced himself that he was the owner of this restaurant, I was blown away by it! I was already in tension and lightly spoke up for the work of his employee, who met us in the lobby! To which he answered me rudely and “So what”?! And he began to behave as if this was not a restaurant, but a meeting for a showdown! He started arguing with us in a loud voice, not allowing us to answer, and in the end he exploded and said, “Get out of my restaurant”! We were all shocked! And this is me, my friend, a 76-year-old woman and all those clients who were on the veranda! We naturally got up and left, and he clearly said something not good to us! Shame on this restaurant and its owner in Brad! My friends and I will never come to this establishment again! And I do not recommend this restaurant to you all! It doesn’t matter who you are, a waiter, a host or a simple person! You must behave politely and never interrupt your clients, much less argue with them, since you are at work! Customers are your money and the entire salary of all restaurant employees and you too! This owner just got very greedy! I stopped appreciating people who bring him money to his own restaurant for his own service, but terrible service and behavior! NO RESPECT! Read moreKiller Shrimp is our Anniversary Restautrant since 1991 (34 years). Unfortunately it has changed much in all these years. It was a small quaint location just a mile away. Now it's loud and the food has changed alot. We love the original shrimp bowl and always order it. We have also taken our children, gran children, and great grans here when we come to town.They all also come on their own. Quiite a legacy. This time there were 5 adults and a toddler. The waitress brought us 1 wrong drink and eventually brought the correct drink. We didn't notice until the next day after leaving California that she charged us $5 for the drink that should have been removed from the order. We were also charged a $35 service for 5 persons and a toddler. I don't see the need for service charges for a small family of 4 adults, a teenager and 2 year old toddler. Parties of 8 or more yes. Don't think we will be bringing others with us in the future. I don't know if the service charge is for any group of people or more than 1. On another note; the toddler got her food first and it was very hot mac n cheese; but two of the adults had to wait a while after the others to get their food. The had crab. I read through these reviews and see that their biggest problem is the service. Maybe it's time to get more wait staff or begin some training about all food coming out at the same time, plus plus. It's not polite to eat before everyone get their food, but it's also not good to have ones food get cold. Especially shrimp in broth. Our bill was $250 with tax & service charge. $35 in sodas/apple juice. And yes, as usual, the women's restrooms were not a healthy clean. Maybe a redesign plus more stalls (3) are needed. Always a line for the women. Restautrant business soap dispensers needed and also paper towels. The water on the floor is because we have to go from the sink to the blowers to dry our hands. Make the sinks smaller and there is no mirror worth using.

my daughter love shrimp and she didn't like it and said can I get something else and she settled for chicken tenders and Mac & cheese and the mac was bland as well like literally no seasoning at all it just taste like pasta with cheap cheese sauce
I order the shrimp & pasta it look like soup with floating shrimp in a broth that didn't taste good nor fresh, and when I ordered that before the food looked different and I tell the waiter I don't like this and I was very respectful
I said this is not what I thought it was this looks nothing like what I order before and the manager comes over and say we'll we can't take this off your bill I never ate the food amd it was aty table for less then 2 minutes
I said are you serious I don't like your entrée I rather try something else but I don't want to pay for something I don't want and his words was " unfortunately we already cook the meal and we can't take it off once the food is prepared "
I said okay then can you take it away from my table because I don't want this and he say would you like for me to put this in a container like seriously I just said I don't want it and your follow up suggestion do you want it to go and he says well I don't want to waste the food when someone can have a meal
I never been so disappointed in my life and I live within walking diatance and this was horrible and honestly this is my last time coming and I will not recommend and if anyone ask should they visit this restaurant " Heck No " and I spent over $250 + we still tip the waiter who was nice and had good customer service unfortunately the chef and manager cost her a much much larger tip
Lastly we never got an apology and I had to pay for a meal I didn't want and the manager suggested I should bag it up and take it because he doesn't want to waste the food he forced me to pay for that I didn't like or want
