BevMo! — Restaurant in Santa Rosa

I was looking for a VERY specific type of soda. I couldn't find at normal places, but found at this store. I knew enough to purchase items in advance so it would be in stock when I drove 30 miles out of my way. I show up there and had difficulties finding a salesperson. When I did, they were new. They went to search for others, and all of them claimed they couldn't find my order. They made me stand around for around 15 minutes as I waited for new employee to find someone to give me my refund. They couldn't find anybody or everyone forgot I was up there, even as employees had my phone to try to find my order. I've been coming to this store for a very long time, & this was the absolute worst I've ever been treated. I did finally get my refund, but not a single person there could give me a reason why my order was no longer there. I immediately reached out to corporate, and they didn't even bother to respond...not even with a form letter. Truly sad to see how far this...

Very clean store. Nice wide isles. Very well marked to where things are located. I was looking for a certain gluten-free beer. The clerk at the register didnt offer help but i found it on my own. The beer and others were way over priced. An employee was stocking the shelf right next to were I was looking and never offered me any help or said anything to me. They had my favorite rum and it wasn't on their website. So if you don't see what you're looking for on their website just go in and find it. They had Bumbu rum For as good or better price as anybody eas long as I had their little bevmo club Carter whatever so I had to get that but that made it cheaper than anywhere else and it's the best rum ever.
