Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Santa Rosa

My first time there Small shop, with a few tables, fairly crowded -- with guys waiting... We ordered 2 regular sandwiches 🥪-- #13 Italian Sub & #26 chicken BLT. 3 workers for the sandwich line, 1 for the grill, 1 cashier. We weren't told that 1 was cold & the other was hot... I paid for the two sandwiches 🥪🥪, got one and waited for the other ---15minutes -- I felt that they could have told was this before hand. The sandwiches were good -- not sure if I want to spend that kind of cash on 2 sandwiches 🥪🥪...

So I received from the owner two free regular subs lunch package. Very nice 🙂 I used it today. Was in and out in 5 minutes The sandwich was an Italian regular sub (cold) With a bag of chips and a regular--I got lemonade drink--delicious. It was an excellent sandwich I couldn't be happier with what I received-- So thank you very much Alex I appreciate it.

I used my last gift card on Saturday, and it was a little trickier this time --however I did enjoy the sandwich, chips and drink. I just want to say that I wish they didn't add a gratuity for making a sandwich, cuz if the service was excellent I may tip, However: it's not like they're bringing it out to the car for me. That's worth a tip, they don't...

Welcome to Sonoma County, Jersey Mike's! Just visited the new location & was not disappointed at all. The staff are A+! Greeted every customer, asked how our day was, friendly disposition; all while dealing with the afternoon rush & being brand new. Sandwiches are well made, taste delicious, & fresh. Even when there was a slight challenge with customers (while I was there) they handled it perfectly: calm, collected & resolved it without added frustration. Y'all are doing an sesame job & my family is stoked about JM being local. Now we don't have to wait to eat it when we visit the Bay or Sac. 😄 Keep up the great work! We have recently discovered Jersey Mike's and are so happy. So far we have only had their number 7, the turkey sandwich - but it's so good we keep getting it and haven't tried other things on their menu. The rosemary bread is so tasty but you can get white or wheat - or skip the bread altogether and just get a bowl (basically a salad). They slice the meat and cheese right in front of you and build your sandwich to order: want extra cheese? No problem. Topping options include lettuce, onion, tomato, a pepper spread and their "juice": olive oil and a red wine vinegar. There are hot sandwich options, Pepsi products and chips available.
